    During the past several months I have received many telephone calls from "your tech support" informing me that I had a computer virus and that someone was trying to hack into my computer.  The caller earlier this week was adamant and insistent that I go to my computer, and presumably allow him to fix the problem, which I did not do.

    Mike's diagnostics found the source of the problem - two significant mal-wares (along with a number of minor problems)- and he corrected the same.  Computer runs great.  One needs to read the "Fine Print".  The $55 charge only includes one hour - a time frame in which it is highly unlikely Mike can complete his process.  Subsequent time is billed at $85/hour, but Mike capped the extra billing at one hour (in spite of the fact that it went over this time).  Mike is very professional and, given the results, well worth the $140 cost. I would use him again.

    It went very good. They did what they said they were going to do. Explained to me when they did it and told me the price when they came to the house. It was not inexpensive but considering the quality, it was okay.

    Our tech was Dallas Smith, the owner of Tech Doctor.  Our initial service appointment was postponed due to the birth of his child.  He re-scheduled it to the next available Saturday which was ok with us.  He arrived on time.

    After discussing and providing live examples of the problems, Dallas quickly went to work.  Because of over 40 years in the computer industry, I am not an easy person to impress re computer problem diagnosis and repair.  However, Dallas was somewhat like a Harry Potter, moving about, waving his wand and effecting the needed repairs.  He quickly understood our problems and set to work moving from computer to computer, solving the problems.

    Within the next two hours, he was done and we were exhausted.  All of our immediate problems were resolved; he recommended that I use a different Internet protection software; we agreed and he installed it.  He also suggested some network hardware upgrades which we agreed to do at his next visit.

    He also pointed out that, as one of his customers, he can often provide problem analysis via telephone, email or remote system software without requiring a site visit.  So, if we have any problems, he was just a phone call away.

    Needless to say, Dallas is now our go-to-guy for all our computer needs.

    David was great. He worked through the problems we were having, fixed the problems and made recommendations about how we could improve the operations. He was patient, gave carefully non-jargon answers to our questions, and has all the equipment working better. He also listened when we told him what we needed done, which is a huge plus in a tech person! We are handicapped, so it was a huge help that he came to the house to work.

    Seamlessly.  Dropped off computer in the afternoon, explained my problems (of which there were tons and of which Lenovo and Microsoft had been unresponsive), received detailed briefing of what steps he would take and departed.  Computer was ready at noon on the following day and is operating flawlessly.  Price was as originally stated and no "upsells" were attempted. As a side note, this is a townhouse-based business so don't be put off.  Also, believe he's moving to a storefont operation in near future if he hasn't already done so.

    My computer had become infected with malware so that all browsers were getting redirects.  It made doing anything on the web a maddening exercise of closing redirected windows and resetting browser home pages.  I found Gorden King of Mobile PC Masters on Angie's List, and called him due to his top reviews.  Gordon answered first time I called...he walked me through the setup of a remote link, and then he took over and worked his magic.  In about 1.5 hours, he was done...and my computer is back running fast and clean!  I'm very happy with the service, and would highly recommend Mobile PC Masters to anyone who is having PC problems.
