    Winston's Chimney Service
We needed a chimney liner installed for our wood-burning fireplace insert. Winstons did a super job and kept me fully informed as the work progressed, in case I had questions. We highly recommend Winstons.

    SGS Builders Inc.
We have had now two projects completed by SGS Builders, and the work completed by Steve Sanders, Enrique, and crew was nothing less than outstanding. Several years ago we hired Steve to remove a load bearing wall to create a large open family room. Steve completed the project in record time and it looked perfect. In Mid-2018, we decided to add 1,000+ Sq Ft to our home to create a new Kitchen, living room and dinette space all in an open concept. What I had in my head was placed into a design by Steve and built exacted as we dreamed. It has now been nine months since the project was completed and we couldn't be happier with the finished project and Steve's work. The space looks great and we have had no problems with the workmanship. Everyone who has seen our new space has the same reaction, Wow, who did this work? There were so many complexities to this project which included the removing of a fireplace, raising a portion of the house that had settled, splitting the HVAC system to install an upstairs and downstairs unit, new plumbing, fixtures, adding a new section right next to an existing pool, the list goes on and on. Steve thoroughly planned each and every phase of construction in a timely and professional manner. To add to Steve's burden, my wife and I remained in the house throughout the 120 - 160 day construction period. We made a very large investment in our home and Steve was the only one we trusted to complete such a large project. Steve has outstanding project management skills as well as his vast experience in construction will keep any project on track. Steve and his crew were onsite 1 June through Mid-September and we had zero problems with the construction or crew. The subcontractors Steve's works with he has known for years and they are very good. We have found Steve's pricing to be fair, competitive, and honest. I would not hesitate to hire SGS Builders, Steve and Enrique, again. They are outstanding to work with and we couldn't be happier with our two projects completed by Steve.

    Sixpenny Chimney Sweeps
Despite their company name, Sixpenny Chimney Sweeps does clean gutters. Right now many gutter cleaning companies are booked through May and some into mid-June. My gutters overflowed in the last storm, rain is predicted for tomorrow, and I couldnt get my regular gutter guys. So, I was very pleased that the woman, Catherine, who answered the phone really cared about my situation. She reached out to the technicians and fit my house into their schedule today. I usually pay $100-120 for one gutter cleaning. For same-day service I didnt mind paying a bit more, $135. Catherine called me when I was the next house to be serviced. The technician, Denny, arrived promptly, was polite and efficient. My gutters are ready for the next storm. Yay!

Very smooth process from scheduling to work being performed. It was our first time getting the chimney cleaned in out new house and they spent some time going over the system we have and how it works. I would definitely hire again next year

    Chimney Inspectors, LLC
I have a 40 year old fireplace and chimney in need of repair to be safely used. They did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside, showed me the pictures and where repairs were required. Their knowledge was excellent! Chimney Inspectors were extremely professional, competent and clean. The price was fair for this work and the need to get it done by competent professionals that back up their work. This work requires the right weather which caused some delays on some of the outside finish work - which was smart. If they had done the work in cold weather, it is likely to have failed. They came through and finished the job when the weather was appropriate. They always responded to my calls and always addressed and resolved my concerns. Removing the old liner is dirty work and they did it without leaving a trace of ash/dirt in the house. The new chimney flue, cap work great. The job was clean and well done. I had complete confidence in the owner and his team during the job. Chimney inspectors will be my go-to chimney company from now on.

    Williams Services Inc
I was completely pleased with the work that Mr. Williams did on my propane grill. Instead of having to buy a new grill, I now have have one that is almost like new. Mr. Williams knew exactly what was needed and performed the work diligently and for a fair price. He was also courteous and easy to deal with, as was the lady who scheduled my appointment. I would definitely use this company again.

Amazing. The original work, coating the chimney crown, was done a while back, maybe 5 years ago (?). The coating deteriorated, so I called them. They stood behind their work, and they redid the job in December 2017 and sent me a picture of a job well done. They even asked me to call them during the summer of 2018 to come by to reinspect. The thing about Phoenix Chimney that is most impressive is their honesty. Two examples. (1) I was told by several other companies that I needed a new chimney liner. Phoenix inspected it and assured me no, I did not need it. Several thousand dollars saved. (2) As described above, they stood behind their work and redid the work for free under warranty after almost five years later. So they won me over -- a chimney crown can take a beating over the years with all the extreme weather we can have and no one can be 100% perfect with something like that. So it is great to find a business that will stand behind their work and treat their customers with integrity.

    Top Hat Chimney Services LLC
First time ever having my chimney cleaned. Been in house for 7 years and from the South where chimneys are not used if you even have one. Mike and Eli were awesome and very nice and professional! Basically gave me a class on what to do and how to maintain my chimney. Going to definitely recommend them to all my friends, especially Veterans! Was really nice and appreciative of my service in the military as a retired Veteran! Cost was very reasonable too.

    Wammoth Services
It was good. Seemed like a decent cleaning and full inspection. Took time to answer all questions. Despite prices seeming to be a bit high, I would use again for the friendliness and good customer service. In the winter, it may take 2-4 weeks before they can get to you so schedule ahead.

    Bromwell's The Fireplace People
Ultimately, we were not interested in changing our fireplace. Our HVAC company, Chandler's, got our old gas logs functioning properly. If our house were constructed differently, then we might have used Bromwell's based on the reviews and our visit to their showroom. I recommend that you speak with one of the owners rather than the salespeople who may not be experts. Take a photo of your fireplace and chimney with you. Go before or after the busy season (November and December).
