    Great. I recall that there was good reply to any concerns I had. I think it included a strange noise in the dashboard area, and when that happened they figured out the cause and fixed the problem right away.

    In all fairness, the state inspections went well. Here's the problem - I researched the pricing for my replacement control arm and exhaust manifold, and they charged almost double for the materials than what the dealer would have. They then said that they'd have to charge me more for labor because the bolts usually break and it's a pain in the @$$ to get them out. With as high a labor rate as they charge, they can do much better. $2600 later, I learned that I could have had that job done for about $1550 if I'd have found the right shop. BCA will do the work, but they'll gouge you. In addition, they said they'd correct an undercarriage rattling problem, as part of this service, and didn't. Not using them again! Oil changes and auto service is expensive - they are just as expensive as the dealers, and sometimes more.

    Each service to our VW Camper and Vanagon went very well, and was needed as a matter of vehicle design features, usage, and age. We were always confident in getting good, and honest service. If Circle Auto remains under the same family management, you would be hard-pressed to find a better service that you could trust in this day and age. We have not included date and costs because Angie's List continues to ask us for a review of an outstanding service that we used any several occasions many years ago.

    They put freon in my car. They said they would not charge me for the freon. I paid $149 for them to identify the problem. I said I would wait. I don't drive all the time as I am retired. It has been since July 6th and the air conditioning is still working. So I am happy for now.

    They are really good. They will pick you up at your house or will take you to your house free of charge. I tip the guy but if you don't have money for a tip it is okay. They started this about a year ago.

    Generally impressed, but there were concerns. Pricing moved around as work progressed. I feel the work was somewhat overpriced. Car developed issues immediately upon leaving lot, which indicated the car was not test driven, even though mechanic claimed it was. The new problem was not associated with the work done, it is a new issue. I might use these folks again, but would get competitive bids to check their pricing.

    I bought RV 34" used, very few places deal with the drive train, he deals with a wide variety of vehicles, he has solved a problem for me that I have been dealing with for 2 years, he is very personable as well. I took it to 3 people that could not figure it out. Your dealing with an individual instead of a big corporation. Todd has proven to go the extra mile, to take the problem and come back with a solution.

    The price was an ?A? because it was free. They?re good. I haven?t ever paid them anything. They are responsive. I?ll give the a ?B? on punctuality, it?s gotten better lately, that?s why I?m hesitating. I got p*ssed at them one time, but then they got better. They couldn?t find my address in their computer system even though I have taken my car there three times already. They don?t know who you are and I?m like, ?I?ve got your receipts in my car, in my glove box!? I think that was their computer system, but I haven?t had any problems since then.

    Its kind of hard to remember because we found them and liked them. We have been going to them for over 20 years. If he cannot get it done the next day he lets known. He usually tells me he will have it done before 4 and 5 and most of the time he is done before that. 

    In addition to them treating you like you are a friend. I had to have something done to my car a few  years back. I called him up to ask when a good time to bring it in and he said anytime. Well I got wait until my husband gets home so i have a ride home. He said you are a good customer why don't you bring it in and we will have someone take you home. They when he called for me to pick it up he said are you going to pay with check. He said if you would like I can have someone bring you the car. I don't know if he does that for every body. I think it has to do with the fact that we are loyal customers. We don't have to take our cars to the dealership to get stuff done, he does it all.
