We decided to give one more company a chance to save us the cost of replacing the oven. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and explained everything they were doing. They pinpointed the issue and completed the work in a very short time. Thanks for saving us several thousand dollars!

    Found Atlantic on Angie's List when the oven broke in Dec. 2018. They answered the phone, came the next day, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, returned later that day, installed it, done. When the washer broke in Feb. 2019, repeated the procedure. Fixed the problems at fair prices in a short time frame for a reasonable price. What else you want?

    Overall, poorly. Tech was, at best, marginally competent, with both poor communication and technical skills. As noted in #7, above, the wrong part was ordered, the replacement part failed, and the company just abandoned us. Their refund of the monies paid was appreciated, but their carelessness in damaging the grille on our range was both inexcusable, and unprofessional. Their lying is saying that a replacement grille had been ordered further seems to have proved their dishonesty. During the time we were trying to ���negotiate��� replacing the damaged grille, I sent the company a registered letter, which was returned by the US Postal Service as undeliverable, with no forwarding address. I was able to contact someone in their company by phone, and they once again stated that the replacement part had been ordered. That was 5 weeks ago, and still nothing. The fact that a registered letter was returned as undeliverable (with no forwarding address) strongly suggests a company intentionally trying to ���hide��� from more customers than just me. The fact that the replacement part has not yet arrived strongly supports that disappearance effort.

    WOW! It's unfortunate I can't rate this company higher than A+, because THEY ROCK. I sent out a request for quotes around 11:30 this morning and received a call back from PJ @ Expert Appliance Services within 20 minutes. He was here within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and had it fixed shortly thereafter. The wife is happy, so life is good again. Thanks PJ!!!

    We paid Bray and Scarff $300 for an extended warranty on our JennAir dishwasher. This spring the dishwasher began failing to complete its cycle; it stayed in the wash part of the cycle indefinitely without ever stopping. Between May and September B&S sent repairmen out 7 times without ever solving the problem. Each time they told us a replacement part was needed we had to wait weeks for them to order and receive it. Most recently we waited 5 weeks for them to order and install a heater, but when he came to install it the repairman said the old heater worked fine. We are getting a new dishwasher and will never deal with B&S again.

He was very diligent and professional in his care of his work. Not only was he proficient in what was needed, he was gracious to share his stories and recommendations on how to look at problems and how to respond in the future to breakdowns. The pricing was very reasonable and his professionalism allowed me to trust him in my home and his quotes. I learned enough to understand what I, a non-technician, vs. he, a technician, can do on my own machines and when a professional is necessary. Highly recommend using Shan for appliance reapairs!
