Wayne came when he said and got the job done.  He gained access and retrieved contents. I was very satisfied with Wayne's efforts and his analysis of the repair costs.  I determined that that dial combination not worth fixing.  Very professional.

    Eastern Safe & Lock Inc
We purchased an Angie's List promotion for $75 of work for $35.  Eastern Safe and Lock was prompt in getting in touch with us to schedule, and they were able to come on the date (and time) we preferred.  The locksmith, Jim, was very professional, and called about 25 minutes before he was able to show up.  He got to our home exactly when he scheduled to be there.  Jim explained the process well and after taking a look around, he also recommended the garage door lock be replaced - something we had not thought about since we have never had a garage before - but which we thought was an excellent idea.  He added that to our service and completed the entire job in about an hour.  The locks work great and match the existing hardware perfectly.  Including coupon, we paid $117, which was higher than other estimates we had received from different locksmiths; however, their reviews were not great.  Overall, we are very happy with the service we received, and we would recommend Eastern Safe & Lock to anyone.

    Keyed In LLC

The tech arrived one half hour after he called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. When I showed him the lock we purchased he knew exactly what was needed to do the work. After installing the lock, he asked me to plug in my code. I walked outside a few times to lock and unlock the door successfully. He also showed me how to replace the batteries. He completed the work in less than one hour's time.

    Affordable Locksmiths LLC
I eventually paid for the trip charge and I can't believe he called customer service and told them that he only told me $100. It didn't make sense.  Its the principal I can't believe that he would complain and charge me more as soon as he got out of his car. He didn't even look at the lock.

The fact that he yelled at me. I am a customer and it's rude and disrespectful. I felt threatened and did not feel safe with the technician that was sent out to my home because of his erratic behavior.

A simple rekey of the tailgate of my Bronco. Was supposed to cost 100.00 and approximately 1 hr of my time.
I had to reschedule twice because the technician didn't show up. The night he did show up, he lost parts of my lock and left my vehicle inoperative. The next day he returned, only after I had reacquired the needed parts for my lock. The owner, Jeff, was extremely rude over the phone while I was trying to find out what he was going to do about the issue. He told me it wasn't his issue and his guy would take care of it. Well, the next day his guy showed up, put my car back together, gave me a bill for $100 and left. Jeff sat in his truck watching the entire time. My tailgate still didn't work. I had to take an extra day off work for this and I had to take my truck to the dealership to fix what they broke. Total cost to me, $100 for popalock's service, $300 for Ford to fix their work, and $500 for the day off work.
Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone and Jeff needs to learn something about customer service... especially when it comes to yelling at them over the phone.

    PRIORITY LOCK & KEY
I called Priority Lock and Key around 10AM and left a message. In about 10 minutes, my call was returned. I asked for the cost ($50 less than company I called first) and scheduled an appointment for the same day. In less than two hours, Chris was here. It took about 10 minutes to rekey both locks and give me my new keys. Everything worked perfectly. I also asked him a question about solving an issue with my kids opening my sliding doors and he had a great suggestion which I can do myself. After 10 minutes, the work was done and the price was as quoted. He was professional and kind.

    Spencer's Safe & Lock
Scheduling was easy and the locksmith was friendly, professional, and polite. He arrived approximately 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but considering the distance traveled at the end of the day (against traffic) it's understandable. He performed the work in approximately 45 minutes, the majority of which was spent in his truck re-keying the cylinders and cutting new keys. He noticed that the deadbolt on the front door wasn't flipping as smoothly as it should be, so he broke out a dremel and did some routing. I didn't ask for this nor did I expect it, so kudos to him for taking a few minutes to go above and beyond.

The new key tumbler is really difficult to turn and it is hard to remove the new key. It takes two or three attempts to remove the key after parking...
