    They were very response to get me scheduled but I was disappointed with how my money was spent.

    Is my car cleaner than before they worked on it?  Yes it was, but that shouldn't be the measure for auto detailing.  I think their use of the term "detail" is quite liberal.  I expect detailing to at least attempt to minimize exterior surface imperfections.  I could have done a better job myself but I paid because I'm strapped for time and I want to sell the car.  I ended up have to do a small amount of work after they left.

    Do you want the contents of your trunk and center console left on your front doorstep after they leave?

    Do you want a bluetooth manual & receipt that was in your car left to be a wet mush on your driveway?

    Would you like a cigarette butt left on your driveway (nobody in my house smokes and there's not even a sidewalk for passerby's)?

    Do you want them to show up 15 min past the time window given with no gas for the pressure washer then leave for 1.5 hours to go get gas in the middle of the job?

    Do you want them to inexplicably dress all the trim except one large piece under the doors on the drivers side?

    Do you want them to inexplicably remove the mounting pad for your Bluetooth microphone/controller that was stuck with double sided tape(now it won't stay in place)?

    Do you want to have to remove maple tree "helicopters" from the groove on the sides of the rear window after they're done "detailing"?

    Do you want to have to re-clean your windshield because you had to remove a 1/4" yellow spot of something that was left on it (wax?)

    If you said yes to any of the above...this is the company for you!

    Dave and his helper arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. He and his helper worked for several hours washing and detailing the truck, removing stickers from the back window and bumper, making sure the truck looked perfect for resale. I would definitely go to Dave again for detailing.

    Services never performed but that was our choice. This provider assumed the prior services of a "deal" we purchased and didn't use before they went out of business.  This provider was solid in that regard and had good communication.

    This was an "OverHaulin" surprise for my wife. I wanted to p*** her ride with body work, new rims, new sound, new remote start, new remote entry and interior/exterior detailing. I explained all of this to James and he got it. He even coined it as the "zero to hero" project, not that I was a zero to start, but it was catchy none the less. So the nightmare began....
    1st attempt - I drop off the car in the middle of a snow storm at his house with plans to get it back a few days later with all the work we agreed to have done, including him coordinating the detailing. I specifically asked to have it dropped off by five so I could surprise the wife with the work, and see it in the daylight. He showed up late and it wasn't until I pulled it into the light of the garage that I noticed the shoddy work and imperfections on every area he touched.
    2nd attempt - I called him that night and said it looked like crap. He said he would take care of me and we arranged a time for me to drop it off again for a full day. He was not there when I dropped it, despite me asking him to be, and when I got it back (again he was not there), there was little improvement, if at all. I texted him back and forth and we finally agreed to another attempt at my place. Trust me, I was very clear about my frustration and he assured me he would make it right.
    3rd attempt - James came to my house and tried to fix/repaint the back taillight mess. Still looked like crap when he was done but I figured I would give him a chance to finish, even though we agreed this visit he would take care of everything.
    4th attempt - James came to my house and wet sanded the hood and back taillight area. Upon final inspection he agreed that it still looked like crap and said he understood why I was upset. 
    He offered to redo the hood if I brought it to his shop in Woodbridge and I could even hang out for the four hours or so it would take him to do it (lucky me). I told him I had enough,  and had already invested a significant amount of time, money and patience in him. He refused to refund my money citing that he had "kids to feed". I told him I wanted a refund and he asked that I text him with what I thought was fair and he would get back to me.
    He left the wet sanded clear coat white spots all over the place (it took three washes and an exterior detailing to remove MOST of them, some are still there), a massive paint drip running down the front lip of the hood, numerous "fish eyes" all over the paint job and indentations where it wasn't properly filled. I took it to multiple body shops for estimates and it would cost all of what I paid him and them some to fix all of his mistakes. They were amazed that anyone one claiming to be a body repair shop would do such crappy work, never mind leave the vehicle such a mess when done. He ruined my surprise for my wife, wasted my time and money, and left me worse off then when I started.
    I am currently disputing his charges with Bank of America because I don't want to deal with this donkey again and I need them money back to pay someone who has a clue. 
    STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK!!! (sorry for insulting the hacks out there....)

    I appreciated the professionalism of the person who came to my home.  There was only one problem.  He asked me specifically if I'd mind black marks on my driveway from where they would clean the floormats.  I said I would mind, so he agreed they would do that part in the street.  Well, something was lost in translation because the person performing the work cleaned the mats on the driveway and I had black stains there for months.  That was irritating, but my car was clean.

    Would I hire this company for a future job?   Yes, but would insist on them fixing the problem next time either with a discount or by cleaning the stains off of my driveway.  I think it was simple misscommunication, so I don't take it out on Jewel.

    The provider came to my house to detail my car. I wasn't home for the service but they were still able to complete the service with no issues. My car looks great and they were able to detail very soon after I bought the Angie's Deal. The provider was very responsive and available. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Vladimir did a fantastic job on my SUV both inside and out. He took his time and paid special attention to all the small details on the interior using specific cleaners and protection for my leather, dash, console and side panels. On the outside he spent the same time cleaning and waxing the body, wheels, tires, glass and headlight lenses. Would definitely recommend and use Jewel Auto Care again!

    It worked out great. They were very prompt and very efficient. They did an excellent job. The only thing I didn't like was their waiting room, but that doesn't matter. It wasn't very comfortable, but I could have walked down to one of the shops. It was a nice experience.

    I was advised to report to the center very early so that I could possibly have a chance to be seen on this particular day (this is a date I scheduled) . I arrived at 6:45 am and my car was not seen until 9:00 am.  I felt that this was highly unprofessional as I was advised to arrive early.  What pleasure I gained from my car being beautifully detailed was offset by not being seen until after 2 hours of sitting and waiting for the owner(s) to show up.
