    It was cold that October and the caulk sealer used around the foundation of my house took several weeks to dry.  When it did, I found a section that wasn't sealed at all and another place with a big hole where they calked over a huge wasp nest.  I called back and the young man who originally did this work was sent to correct it.  That winter I had no mice at all and I was ecstatic.  In October 2014, I paid $175 to renew my warranty just in case I had problems.  The winter of 2014 and into the summer of 2015, I have had more mice caught by my cat than before it was performed--8 so far.  I only had them in the winter before the exclusion. 
    I called Blue Ridge Wildlife for three months starting in May and leaving polite messages to please contact me.  No one ever called me to schedule an evaluation.  After the third call, I stopped trying to contact them.   I paid $775 and still have the mouse problem.  And no one is trying to fix it.  I feel I was ripped off!!!

    Terminix - Roanoke -Termite & Pest Control
    Sales Rep messed up the original appointment due to a lack of communication on his part (he never got back to me re a firm date) so they showed up when I was not home. Rescheduled. They arrived an hour late (8-9 became 10:15) and again, the communication was lacking. I greeted them at the garage door & got nary a response. I stood there for a couple of minutes until finally, I asked him to go over what was to be done so I could leave them to it. I had to ask questions as he was not very forthcoming. Part of the process of spraying was to protect stuff in the garage from the spray. They covered about 50% of my belongings and pretty much made a mess of the other 50%. They moved items around and didn't move them back. The Sales Rep had told me they would also be treating for termites as he believed there was activity. The guy who came had no knowledge of that (I still have not had the retreatment). And oh - they broke my garage door by trying to force it up &/or down with the handle turned the wrong way or some obstruction - who knows, they weren't talking. And there was the trash left behind.....
    Due to the horrible performance of  these folks, I began to question the charge for the Powder Post Beetle treatment. I thought I was covered but the Sales Rep insisted I was not and there was nothing in the computer indicating such. I found some old Inspection Reports & on each one it was clearly stated that I was covered for the Beetles.
    It took me 2 months to get someone's attention at Terminix. I wrote a letter - no response. I called - no response (someone will get back to you in 48 hours wink wink). Someone called me about my renewal. I told her my issue and she assured me someone would call within 48 hours. And someone did call - about my renewal. Good grief. When a C/S rep finally got back to me, she had no clue what my issue was, there was no letter with my file, it was a disaster. I was a customer for 18 years. I paid their renewal fees every year, year in & year out with never a need for service. (I do wonder why the yearly inspection never turned up the Beetle issue). Horrendous C/S. No pride in workmanship. Run. Run as fast as you can.
