There was no pressure to make a decision, but the appointment for the work was booked quickly when I was ready. Each of the employees we dealt with was courteous, informative, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time and the end result was an AMAZING improvement! Dirt, stains, and pet odors were removed, and although I was told ahead of time that some stain or odor might linger, I have been really impressed by all that was accomplished. For the amount of work that was done (including moving the furniture), I felt the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again--although I hope we'll be able to keep it this way a long time!- Kate G.

They worked tirelessly on all we specified we needed done and were working in a time crunch. Let me just say this, their work was thorough as thorough gets. My husband and I couldn't help but notice thier outstanding level of professionalism throughout the time we were working with them. We now know who to call for just about anything. I called Quest and was impressed from the very beginning.....from our initial conversation, his willingness to help quickly until the time that he left my house from a job WELL DONE! AJOEY'S Carpet CareThey were really good. My experience with them went really well. It was a little pricey but the carpets were filthy and we had pet stains and they did a really nice job. Carpet was just a little damp, not soaking as the prior company left it, Pricing was reasonable and they were on time and very courteous and professional. They explained what was wrong with the carpet and how they planned to fix. This was done in a way that the "layman" could understand. Robert was polite and efficient. AMr. Bittle quickly assessed the situation and then moved in his crew to begin what ended up being a fairly extensive demolition and clean-up job. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful company. The crew was extremely well-trained and worked very closely with the plumbers to ensure that the necessary areas of the ceiling were removed. They constructed temporary barriers to contain the dirt and debris, and left each day leaving the kitchen spotless. They also carefully assessed for and treated any mold growth. In every respect, this is a top-notch company and I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing water damage. Thank you 1-800-Water Damage!
