  A couple of weeks ago the amplifier in our home theater system began shutting off whenever there was any loud burst of sound from a DVD movie soundtrack. In the past we had experienced amplifier troubles in our system that took a very long time to rectify, so this new problem concerned us very much. A neighbor had used Mr.Yeager from "Current Connections" a few years before and had highly recommended him. We gave him a call. He came promptly on the day agreed and went right to work. He tested the system and all the wires and found a loose connection on the back of one of our right lateral speakers. He tightened the connection properly and cured the problem. I was surprised that it wasn't an amplifier issue but a speaker problem. He explained that The amp was detecting the short and was defensively shutting down whenever it occurred.
     After the repair, we asked if he could look at our CD player. It is located in our second, older and complicated entertainment center. It had not worked for years. He inspected it and restored it's operation by simply rerouting a connection so that it could be played again.
     We were very happy with Mr. Yaeger's work. His fees were reasonable and we both felt we were very fortunate that we were able to access his services.

  I was shocked at how much less it was than another company. The service that they provide you, you can out hundreds of movies in it and then go back and watch them. I was so impressed with them. We got a note from them saying that our year is up and the rates are gonna go up but it's still $30 less than what other providers cost. But it is really good. It has so many channels in it and I record movies everyday. It has 360 channels. We have a box that can hold up to 452 movies. We never had to deal with the customer service or had them come out to do anything yet.

  My husband and I were shopping for our wedding bands and had returned to the original shop where he'd purchased my engagement ring.  My ring is somewhat ornate, so we wanted a more simple band to go with it, whereas my husband wanted to purchase a tungsten band for his.   The original shop was pyschotically overpriced, so we went back instead to Arthur's Jewellry, which is our hometown store anyway.  The folks at Arthurs are very patient and really listen to what you are looking for---for me, I need a simple band that I didn't want to notch or cut into to accommodate the engagement ring and other jewellers had suggested that---or, worse yet, cutting into the band on the engagement ring!  Arthur's was able to provide me good, clear information about the dangers of cutting into my engagement ring's band, and was also able to suggest a variety of bands that were simple, elegant, affordable, and --best yet--required nothing extra to accomodate my engagement ring.   Husband was also pleased with their wide choice of tungsten rings for men.   The prices at Arthur's were the best at any jewellry shop we visited. The quality of selection is outstanding.  The employees are knowledgeable, patient, and truly listen to the customer---you walk in and they pay attention to you immediately.  Our rings were ordered and delivered very quickly and I can't imagine patronizing any other jewellry shop now that I have shopped Arthur's.
