He answered all of my questions with ease. Jake and True arrived approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled window to set up (a major plus for me), had wonderful customer service, and moved swiftly (cleaning up afterward). ARent-a-Rick, LLCRick responded, scheduled and arrived promptly. The services were done at my mothers home. The job was to be a simple gutter cleaning but turned out the gutters had come a part from the home which took the job longer. Without complaints Rick fixed the gutters all around the house and fixed a drain spout that had come off. He did not increase his price but we did recognize it. Chad and his staff are highly professional and responsive to our questions about needed care of our home and deck. AWas given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!
