AChampion Windows and Home Exteriors of RichmondRyan was the salesman. His presentation was outstanding and he was very thorough with knowledge of Champions windows. He was mannerly and prompt to appt time. Ryan never pressured me into purchasing the windows, like some sales people do. He offered discounts that were available at this time. ATroy-Bilt ConstructionIt went great Troy-Bilt- a couple porches for me about 2 or 3 years ago so I decided to call him back to finishing my basement it looks absolutely beautiful it was a blank space I never used it now I'm down there all the time I have a living room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full-bathroom! I couldn't be more happier with my new finished-In basement. Troy and his guys showed up everyday on time just like they said they would and Troy even gave me ideas that I never even had thought of. I'm so happy that I called Troy again and I can't wait until my next project comes up to have him come back. AMr. Torres was great to work with. He was very quick to set up a conference and provide me with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to get the project done the next week even though he ran into some problems that were no fault of his own. Once the front porch steps were removed from the house, he discovered that the builder had not done a good job. The builder had not tied the steps into the house and had used cross beams that were not wide enough to provide ample support. That was why the steps always felt "spongy". He explained all of this in a way that made sense. He offered several solutions to the problem and when I asked what he thought was the best solution he told me and explained why it would be the best. It all made sense to me. The additional cost for materials and labor was reasonable and he had the steps completed the next day. My front porch feels secure and sturdy. I have no doubt these steps will be here for years to come. Mr. Torres was polite, professional, fair, and made everything easy to understand. I plan on doing some other home improvements in the next 6 months and Mr. Torres will be the person I call.

FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.

AIn all honesty I would definitely hire Absolute Construction again. They made it very easy and simple. With my project I had a limited amount of money I could use because I was turning the apartment into a rental space. Absolute Construction went above and beyond to make sure my job was completed and they hooked me up on the price because they knew I was on a very limited budget. I will be calling them again.

FThe installed an automatic pool cover that NEVER worked. I have been complaining to them since pool was completed back in 2018. They worked some on it in 2019 and some in 2020 but never fixed it. Now I have a non functioning pool cover and they don't return my emails or calls. They promised me over and over again that they would fix it and offered me a gift card to take down my review. They don't stand behind their work!

AI met with Mike Gundersen from Professional Home Services about a month ago. He came to my door wearing a mask and gave me a blue folder with business information. The estimate only took 20 minutes as he promised. He didn’t try to enter my house or pressure me. He gave me a price for my roof and my back sliding glass door. I got a few more estimates but decided that I was most comfortable with Mike. The roof looks amazing and I am happy I can open my back door! Mike and his team did an excellent job, everyone was very courteous and professional. Looking forward to having my windows done in the future.
