    Integrity Pool and Spa
Jon is very respectful of my lack of knowledge and insecurity in taking care of my pool. He is more than willing to talk you through a solution to save you a cost for a trip out. He is also able to diagnose problems and solve them or recommend solutions that best fit you.

After 3 weeks of attempting to contact them and not getting the promised call backs from them about opening the pool this year and after explaining to them that the pool would require additional clean up because of the sloppy closing, they "declined" to do the opening of the pool.
Now they claim that they spent 3 hours trying to get the cover on last fall and basically gave up on it and left without saying a word.  I paid them to do a job that they left incomplete and poorly done.  Unfortunately I trusted that they were a professional pool service company and did not see the poor job they had dune until months later.  My fault - I should have checked BEFORE I paid them.
DO NOT hire these people if your pool is anything other than a simple rectangle and, even then, BEWARE.  They do not stand behind their work and simply make excuses for poor / incomplete work..

    Clearwater Pools & Spas
When another local company quoted me $470. to close my pool this year, I checked Angie's List to find a new pool service company and came across Clearwater Pools and Spas. I thought I was getting a "deal" and paid them immediately.

Months later when I actually went out and looked, I saw that they had done a sloppy, incomplete job.  When I called them this spring to open the pool and clean up the mess they had left when they closed it, they basically refused to do it because it was apparently too complicated for them.  They admitted they gave up on it in the fall and rather than telling me they messed it up, they just left and sent me a bill!  They don't know what they're doing and got paid for a job they didn't complete!  DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

    Ray's Swimming Pool and Supply
We have been using them for three years. They are cheaper than anybody that we?ve come across, and they do a good job. We buy our supplies from them, and they don?t sell us anything that we don?t need. They keep our pool clear. The technician doesn?t always show up when he says he is going to as he is a busy person.

    JoPa Company
The president of the company is the man who gave the quote on the opening and the cleaning of the pool. He quoted $600-750 depending on how bad it was. They came to do the work and it apparently was more than expected because when I received the bill it was for $1653. When I called to question it, Janet said she would check with Mr. Pace and get back with me. I was waiting to hear from someone when I received another bill with a $25 late fee on it. I figured I would just pay the bill, but not the late fee. Then later this summer all the equipment seemed to be going bad so I checked with three different companies and the prices were all around $2000. Since JoPa had installed the original equipment I chose them again and asked Mr. Pace what the real cost was going to be--he told me the worst case scenario would be $2000. I authorized the work. I received a bill for $3021. Again I called. He said he would check the work order and get back with me. I have yet to hear from him.
