    Could not have been better service.  Made initial contact with Jennings in the late-afternoon, he was at our house early the next morning.  Diagnosed problem quickly and addressed it thoroughly - which was not pleasant as it involved crawling under the house on a cold day.  Will not hesitate to use them again.

    I called Jennnngs Applince in the morning and left a message to schedule an appointment. He called back that afterrnoon, said he was close by, and could come over right away. He fixed my refrigerator and then looked at another small problem on my drier. He was able to fix both problems and only charged for the original one since heconley went a few minutes over 1/2 hour. He explained what he was doing, cleaned up everything, and was very personable. I will definitely call him the next time I need any appliance work, and would recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

    Began with the dishwasher top rack which had had come off, guides and all. Mr. Jennings came out next day to evaluate and ordered parts, promptly replacing the rack ($158). That fixed it. I then made arrangements to replace our garbage disposal which I had been putting off. This too was accomplished promptly and professionally ($187). And as a bonus, Mr. Jennings fixed a faucet leak while about it. I will call on Jennings Appliance Service for my future appliance repairs.

    I called Mr. Jennings on the evening of 11/7 and explained that the timer on our stove was buzzing and would not stop until I cut the circuit breaker controlling the stove. He came out the very next morning at the time promised and fixed the problem in a very timely and professional manner. He has performed other work for me and has always done an excellent job!

    It went very well, Tony was personable and professional. Regrettably, the problem was beyond repair at this time. But that was not from any lack of trying on Tony's part.  He investigated and ran every diagnostic he could think of to fix the problem, and in the end we had to conclude that it was a defective part that neither of us had counted on. 
    I was a little disappointed that the service call cost me additional money beyond the Big Deal.  Here again, though the fault is my own. I did not communicate my objectives to him at the beginning, which were basically to find out what the issue was quickly, fix it if it could be done cheaply, or replace the stove if not.  All I said was basically "there it is, please fix it," which he did his utmost to do. 
    I would use Tony's services again - he was focused and did not use "my" time to do anything other than work, including going to the restroom!

    Our fridge stopped cooling Saturday night. On Sunday, I found Jennings Appliance Service on Angie's List, and phoned and left a message. Mr. Jennings returned my call early Monday morning (not too early), and was at our house within an hour, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the fridge.

    I hired them and they farmed out the job because they were busy so that I could get it done.  But there was a dispute about the payment, and I was put in the middle of it.  I actually had to go to court for this. I had used them before, and they did a really good job.

    We usually buy the maintenance agreements on our appliances. They are pretty reliable. They came when they said they were coming. The man was very pleasant. He got the work done and left. They didn't try to talk us into something that wasn't covered by the maintenance agreement.

    I called Broughton last Wednesday with a Maytag washer problem. Debbie Broughton courteously explained their policy of charging $64.95 for the trip and then only charging for the time the technician actually worked. (ie. They don't charge for 2 hours if the tech worked 1 hr 15 min. as some repair businesses do.) She scheduled a technician for the next afternoon and gave a relatively accurate estimate of when he would show up (so I didn't need to wait around all day). The next day the technician arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant, efficient and competent. He started the washer, determined that the screaming noise was coming from the pump and opened the washer. He gave us an estimate for a new pump should we need one. However, when he removed the pump and found a necklace "barely in there", he decided that the pump would probably still work well and that a new one wasn't necessary. He put the washer back together and ran it to make sure that the pump worked well. Then he helped us clean up. The technician's honesty, competence, and pleasant demeanor impressed us. I have seven children and use my washer frequently. In the ensuing week our washer has performed perfectly.

    I called and was given an appointment two days later, with the exact time to be given the morning of the service. When I set up the appointment I gave them the model number of microwave oven, and when I called for the arrival time of the tech they went through the trouble of looking up the price of the motor (the most likely culprit) to avoid any surprises. They also warned me that if it wasn't the motor it may be the circuit board, and that that repair would not be worth doing. Mr. Broughton came out and performed the service himself - he was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and got the job done in about 20 min (having of course brought the right part). I would definitely use them again, especially because I have environmental concerns with all the electronics trash our society produces -- we only think it's cheaper to go out and buy a new gadget because we don't pay money for the long term impact of the trash.
