    The whole process went really great.  We stopped into the store to explore our options and the person working there was really nice.  He gave us an overview of the difference between the blinds and what might work best for the bathroom we needed them in.  He gave us little color chips as well so we could see which version of white would be best (all whites pretty much look the same to me, but my wife seems to know the difference).
    After making our selection, I called in and made an appointment for someone to come measure our windows.  They came, were very nice and professional, and took about 5 minutes.  He clearly new what he was doing.
    So the last step was to get them installed.  The installer was fast and courteous and answered my questions right away.  He also gave me some pro tips on how to best hang the old blinds in the garage, as I had mentioned that I was considering doing that.  Overall A+

    Next Day Blinds - Fairfax
    It went great.  Everyone we worked with, from in the store, to the person that measured, to the installers, were really great.  In the showroom, we were guided towards what would work best for us but not be too expensive.  Not knowing much about blinds, it was nice to get good, low-pressure guidance.
    The measurer was funny and really efficient.  I've hung blinds in the past, and I feel like I'm measuring for 30 minutes or more just to make sure I get it right.  It was always pretty miserable, which is why we opted for installation this time around.  He did his job in probably 10 minutes, cracked a few jokes, and was on his way.
    The installers were really fast.  There were 2 guys, and they had everything hung in probably an hour.  You could tell they were pros and I felt like we were in good hands.
    Overall the experience was great, not a single complaint and we'd definitely use them again.

    Ted and his team did an excellent job in implementing this project. He came to my house and and after a look at the tasks, he gave me an estimate by the next day. His crew [Jose and another individual ..forgot the name] came at the scheduled time and finished the work  faster than the estimate had mentioned. I was very satisfied by their quality of work, their politeness and in general their overall professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again.

    We used Marshall Roofing through you guys.  That was a process.  I used them twice on basic construction on the front of the house.  We had some leaking windows.  When the guy came to do the estimate, and I got an estimate for replacing our front door, and it took us months to negotiate what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost.  I mean literally we started in September and I think they came in March or April.  The actual settling of the deal  was excruciatingly painful but he did a nice job on the front of the house so I mean it just took forever to get going. Before he came I called them also and said that I had a roof problem of a bunch of shingles blow off.  I think the pricing was fair.  The roofing was excellent.  There repair to the front window was not what I expected.  I emailed the guy who did the front because he didn't caulk the lower windows.  Once they agreed to do the service they were absolutely on time.  They seem to know what they were doing.  I think it would depend what I needed if I would use them in the future.

He was always on time, worked diligently and cleaned up afterward.     We went with Next Day Blinds to install new blinds in our Master Bathroom because they did such a wonderful job with the blinds in our living room and kitchen.  We had trouble getting quotes originally on the livingroom windows through other companies that were really just the middle man (specifically Home Depot), but what really endeared us to Next Day Blinds was when one of the blinds in the livingroom broke the first week and we called them, they immediately came out to replace the broken blind with a new one about a week later.  Our most recent purchase did not have any hiccups and we fully intend to replace all of our blinds over time using Next Day Blinds.

    I had a broken string on a blind and brought it in for to be sent for repair with the manufacturer.   Jay was great in telling me it would take 2-4 weeks as long as nothing was wrong with the blind.  It is in a set of 9 blinds in a green shade - so it has to all match.  Jay pushed the manufacturer to respond quickly.  The blind was not repairable but Jay suggested sending all blinds in to see if they were defective too and I could get them all replaced as they are 11 years old and original to the house.  Jay pushed for 1/2 price motor upgrades and loop upgrades for windows [half of the blinds are in 2 story area].   My color was discontinued but after much negotiating on Jay's part - they upgraded everything and the broken blind was to be returned so we could use it in the corner non functioning.  We didn't want to pay $4000 for all new blinds - even though that is a deal.
      Upon installation, it was discovered the broken blind had been discarded by the manufacturer.  Jay again jumped to my defense and we got 9 new blinds in a green color with upgraded motors and continuous loops.  So,  during this 3 month process  Jay stayed on top of manufacturer and was a great customer advocate.   It is rare to find customer service like this any more!
