    Leesburg Sterling Family Practice
    I was a patient of Dr. Mary Cecil for about a year and cannot recommend her. She took tests and did not read them correctly. She sent me to a specialist. I did not have anything wrong with me that required a specialist. The specialist did call to speak with her about it. I no longer go to that office.

    DO NOT JOIN JOIN THIS PRACTICE!
    The prices are outrageous! My husband had an appointment for 20 min blood pressure, with a PA. The practice charged my insurance company 300$, 166$ of which we had to pay. When I called to discuss the charges, all I was told that since the have joined PRIVIA these are the new prices! What a rip off! We're leaving this practice!

    I was always happy with his services. He and his office staff are kind and caring and I always looked forward to my appointments. I haven't been back for approximately 1 year because I moved. I would recommend Dr. Tichauer without reservation.

    Generations Family Practice
    I've been to a variety of different family practices in the Northern Virginia area to manage my overall health and medical issues. I have not been satisfied overall with any of the practices that I've been to. They have either had very very poor customer service, not on top of things, not knowledgeable and genuinely seem like they don't care about their patients. However, the P.A I see at Generation Family Practice is physician assistant Stephanie Miller and she was at the previous practice I went to an Ashburn and when she left the Ashburn location and started working at generations I followed her there so I could still see her for my doctor. I'm so happy that she went to Generation Family Practice because not only do I get to see my favorite doctor, who is very compassionate caring and so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable as well...but I'm happy because the practice itself is very well managed everybody at the front desk has great customer service and is very helpful and all the nurses are super sweet! I definitely recommend going here and seeing their physician assistant Stephanie Miller since I've had such a great experience with her :-) generation Family Practice genuinely cares for their patients, is on top of things, and won't disappoint you.

    It was very fine. He is quite, he listens to the patient, he allows patient time to explain what's going on and he's very knowledgeable. You don't feel like you're being rushed to get out the door. He's very patient and he remembers. When you're going to see him a year from now, he's going to remember you. He seems to review the chart before he sees the patient so he can ask about problems you've had in the past and how's that going so that's very good. He's great. You have to call to get him. He's usually booked. He's in demand.

    He is amazing!  He is a wonderful doctor.  His office staff is top notch.  He is very professional and very skilled.  The waiting room is nice, clean, big and open.  He is always early.  I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen.  They are always right on schedule. When staff has to call me back they always call me back right away, if they don't pick up the first time.   He called me while in the hospital to check on me on his way home.   He is very caring.  After the surgery he came out and spoke with my husband about everything that went on during surgery.  I can't say enough good things about this guy.  I highly recommend him.  He is the only doctor I have seen at this office.  He has x-ray facilities on site at both offices.

    It was very good. He stays on top of his training. He keeps to the latest and greatest in medicine, medical technology and procedures. I was referred to him from my own doctor. What stands out about him is his professionalism, the way he makes you feel comfortable around him and his confidence in the procedures he was going to perform. They were very thorough on follow up and told me what I needed to do in preparation for the surgery.

    Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center
    All of the visits to this Urgent Care have the same problem.  Most doctors and medical assistants have their back turned to you the entire time while they interview you and type it into the computer.  I couldn't tell you what this particular doc looked like.  I was looking at his butt the entire time, with the exception of when he turned to me to brierfly examine me.  I keep wanting to change urgent care practices but when you need "urgent care", who wants to fill out the paperwork again.????  No interest in questions, just move it along.  Feels like a factory.  Hate going there.  Went to an Urgent Care in California recently. Wonderful experience -- the way it should be.

    ENT and Allergy Specialists of Virginia PC
    There are TWO doctors at this practice, one allergist (Vickie Lee) and one ENT (James Lee). This review is for James Lee. He is rude, rushed, doesn't listen, is abrasive, is condescending, and is convinced that he is the doctor and therefore is infallible. Because he didn't listen to me on my first visit, I now have permanent hearing loss. I will not take one step back into that office, ever. He also proceeded to inform me during the 1st visit that since he is the only male in the office, he is expected to fix everything when it doesn't work (the printer was out of paper), and then proceeded to tell me that he isn't sexist or anything. I would have preferred that he talk to me about my ear and the hearing loss I was experiencing. On the 2nd visit, after having finally ordered a hearing test (2 weeks later), he said to me, and I quote, 'Did you tell me that you had NO hearing in your ear?' He finally treats the hearing loss, but at this point, I had reached the point of no return. F+
