    My lawn service for mowing broke the main for the sprinkler system. I called Rodney and he talked me through shutting down the water from the main over the phone. While we were talking, 10 minutes into the conversation his engineer was in front of my house. His engineer had the pipe replaced in 20 minutes. this has to be the best experience I have had in years when I had a home emergency!

    The team arrived well ahead of time. The foreman explained the steps to be performed and was very patient with my indecisiveness as to where to place the sprinkler heads. Once I signed off on the plan, the team worked rapidly. The installation was completed in four hours. The workmanship was fantastic - I couldn���t tell that they had dug up the lawn and they cleaned up the side walk thoroughly. The foreman took me through a final walkthrough and showed me how to set up the Rachio controller on my phone. Am very pleased with the service.

    Experience was fair. Tech left a valve open on our backflow prevention valve that flooded our back yard, and when they came back out to address it the tech was pretty rude and unprofessional about the situation. No significant damage done other than inconvenience and unprofessionalism.

    Maple did a GREAT job on my sprinkler system. For the quote, I explained what I wanted done and they came up with a great design that was within my budget. On the day of the install, they came out on time with a large crew, and they had my job done the same day. Gave me a thorough breakthrough of the system and controller (Rachio), and everything worked perfectly. I've recommended this company to several people so far and would definitely hire them again!

    Installation ok. But their tie-in failed within 2 years and $1000 later, a messed up yard from them having them dig, bill from county for 1000s of pounds of water. Note I���m the only one who used them and the only one having to dig and have their workmanship replaced. Note, if you do use them they only warranty their workmanship for 2 years, and will charge you to fix their work as if you haven���t been their customer for 2 years. Caution

    The sales person (Eric), showed up for the initial appointment on time and was very responsive / professional. However, subsequent to that initial meet he was somewhat difficult to get in touch with. I would leave voicemail messages, and would get a call back a couple days later. Not a deal breaker, but had hoped for quicker responses. Based upon 5 contractor estimates, I selected Bio Green. Upon notifying Eric, he quickly got things moving. They offered a small discount as I wished to install in the Fall. I provided the deposit / down payment, and was scheduled for the install about a month out. About two weeks from scheduled install I had a couple questions, so I called the Bio Green office. The lady who answer the phone said "hold" then put me on hold - did not ask me, she just automatically put me on "hold." I waited a few minutes, then the same voice/lady got back on the line and asked "May I help you"? I explained my questions/concerns; however I must have been confusing to this Bio Green representative. She became somewhat irritated with my questions - I could tell by the tone of her voice, and the responses she provided. I wasn't trying to be difficult. I remained polite the entire time; however the call quickly got to the point where I literally told her, "Lady, I am your customer, I didn't call to argue with you, why are you arguing with me?" I tried explain my questions; however she simply continued to be very rude. I told her "thank you" for your time and hung up. I have no idea why she responded this way; however, her behavior was so rude, I decided to cancel my scheduled service. I called Eric, and left him a voicemail. After about 3 voicemails, Eric returned my call. I explained that I simply wanted to cancel. He never asked why or attempted to maintain my service. He simply acknowledged, and agreed to cancel my scheduled installation. Overall assessment, I would not recommend Bio Green. Eric, although professional was not very responsive. And if the woman who started the argument represents the future experiences of working with Bio Green, I can find plenty of competition who will provide much better service. Matter of fact, I did just that and hired Affordable Lawn Sprinklers.

    I obtained several estimates from various contractors. ALS was very competitive in pricing. They were not the most expensive, yet not the cheapest. They provided more service(s) then most of their competition regarding a lawn irrigation system. Their customer service was outstanding. I worked primarily with Ryan & Joe Clemmons. Both were very responsive to all questions, calls, etc. They showed up on time for all scheduled appointments, did the job on time - just as advised/scheduled, and followed up timely for a walk-through. The install team was efficient, and damage to the lawn was limited. The onsite Project Manager was very responsive to all question/concerns during installation. Overall experience with ALS has been excellent. Would highly recommend ALS.

    They have always shown up when they said they will, and have been professional. The work is always done as they said it would. They did have to come back once after I thought something wasn't done, but it was my error, and they were super nice about it, and didn't charge.

    Got the right quote, with the right amount of details during the time of the initial consultation. However, it all went downhill from that point on. I wasnt notified during the consultation that the first part of the work would be 4 weeks out. Had I known that I would have gone with someone else. Even when the first installment of the work was done, I was told the second installment would be done a week later (due to weather related issues and because they were backed up). When I called them up on the day the work had to be done, I was told that they would not be showing up that day, and the next available date was another 2 weeks out (again because of weather related issues). I keep getting the same reason every time they delay/reschedule the work because it is weather related and they are backed up. Even if that is the case, would still appreciate someone calling me up to let me know in advance they would not be making their scheduled time and even if they couldn't, I still cannot understand why the next available date has to be two weeks out. By the time, they are done, the summer would be almost gone. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. At this point, I still have no idea when the remaining work will be done and since I have paid them more than the deposit, I am stuck and have no choice but to wait for them to schedule and implement the remaining system as per their convenience. I will not be renewing my work contract with them and hoping this is the last time I engage them for my services.

    Call Yoni Wiss at Hydrotech! We have lived in the Ashburn area for 2 years in a new build home. Because of this, we have used many contractors for various improvements to the home. Without a doubt....Hydro Tech was the most responsive, cost effective and all around wonderful workers who were knowledgable on the system I was purchasing, and made sure I was also knowledgable. We worked with Yoni Wiss as a project manager. He stopped by our house 3 times to make sure the job was completed to our families satisfaction. I had 3 companies give me estimates, and Hydro Tech was the best for price and the job recommend. We now have a beautiful system for the Spring.
