    well... i made an appointment with the clinic to discuss having 2 moles removed - i met with the PA, and the initial consult took all of 10 minutes for her to say "let's set an appointment and we'll take care of it no problem" - i asked about insurance, and she said that if insurance does not approve the procedure (she said they should since the lab will send the tissue to pathology), it'll be $250 a few days before my scheduled appt, i get the call to remind me of the appt, and to discuss the cost - turns out my insurance didn't approve, and so she says it'll be "$250 for the consult, and $750 for the procedure"...WHOA...imagine my surprise when i heard that amount - a) didn't we just do a "consult" where a doctor said they can remove the moles?, and b) that seemed a ridiculous price for what she referred to as a minor procedure...i said "please check into the cost if it's only 1 of them", and they said they would call me back i never heard back from i cancelled my appt, and i won't be returning

    I have gone to the Loudoun Smile Center for a couple of years now. I've had cleanings, a filling and today a crown replaced. The doctors are kind and very skilled. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff is welcoming and courteous. I have had some bad experiences in the past (as well as really good ones) and this office rates up with the best. I appreciate their consideration for my comfort during any procedure.

    Under Staffed Many instances of Long Response Time Quick response to call light with an "I'll get someone", then a long wait for that "someone". Some times with a forgotten response. Caregivers of three categories: 1 A few very good 2 A few average & 3 half under par. Their patient loads are too large! Case worker unresponsive to phone calls, even with constant calls. Therapists OK to Good, but again over loaded.

    I was a patient of Dr. Mary Cecil for about a year and cannot recommend her. She took tests and did not read them correctly. She sent me to a specialist. I did not have anything wrong with me that required a specialist. The specialist did call to speak with her about it. I no longer go to that office.

    Highly recommended. Dr Navin Hukmani the best orthodontist my son and me have met. There staff are amazing and always greeting with a big smile and very professional. Today I had my braces removed and all I did today is smile the rest of the day. My teeth look phenomenal.

    I purchased a stairlift from Mobility Solutions in May 2017 and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction - from start to finish. They were reasonably priced, professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and did the work quickly. I was in a bind because I originally planned to go with a different company, but the other company turned out to be unreliable and unprofessional. I called Mobility Solutions and they came to my rescue. They came out quickly for an estimate, stood by their estimate and installation date. The installation was fast and neat and they gave us a lesson on using the lift before leaving. If you need a chair lift, this is the place to go!

    Before surgery I was afraid that my face would be badly scarred. Underestimated Dr. Maragh's level of perfection because I can't even tell where the surgery was unless I look very closely and no one else can tell at all. She has me come in for skin checks every 6 months to keep any more cancer away. Extremely happy with the level of care. Another time she diagnosed me with shingles, also on my face, and sent me to an ophthalmologist that day who saved the eyesight in my left eye, that had shingles in it. If it wasn't for Dr. Marsh seeing me that day I would be blind in my left eye.

    My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hinkle's for a few years now since he's part of our insurance network. He's very thorough and takes the time to ensure that he's gotten your eye prescription just right. The staff will help you select frames or give you a prescription if you want to check with other eyeglass stores. You get honest opinions whether the frames look good on you or not. Nice thing is that there's never a hard sell.
