    Lux Foundation Solution
I am selling my home and the buyer's inspector found cracks in the foundation that we were unaware of. With closing approaching I needed help quickly. Keegan came to my house within a couple of days, gave me his professional assessment of the possible problems, recommended solutions to the problems and estimated best case and worst case pricing. Lux professionals were back at my house in a few days with equipment that made the digging go fast and did not damage my deck or landscaping. The solution turned out to be best case and Lux's prices were reasonable. The dig was done and the area was restored better than it was before. I highly recommend Lux Foundation Solutions.

    A A Action Waterproofing Inc
I could not have been more impressed with my experience with this company. Our interface over the phone was great and the onsite service provided by Jason Ruffner was par excellence. We asked AA Action Waterproofing to come by and inspect for a possible leak in our foundation. Jason drove for a good 40 minutes to get here and determined that waterproofing work on the foundation wasn't necessary, and in fact our problem was tied to drainage above ground. Here's the thing that blew me away. Once Jason advised that his services weren't required, he still took the time to thoughtfully walk my property and offer advice on above ground drainage. We did have water coming in at the base of our foundation and a less scrupulous company could have easily convinced us that expensive sealing work was required. Instead, Jason pointed us in the direction of runoff remediation---and did so without even charging us. I was embarrassed about the amount of time he spent without and opportunity to be paid for his services and offered compensation, but he politely declined. These folks are professional, punctual, square with you, honest, and above exemplary. I generally don't bother to provide online reviews or answer surveys but this was one instance that demanded it. If you need foundation work done, you won't have to call anyone else. They're great.

    All Aspects Waterproofing

All went great.  Contractor showed on time and was very good at fixing problem.  Replaced all bushes that had to be removed to dig hole to fix leak in basement wall.  Clean up was excellent.  Very pleased with this company and would recommend it for water leaks in basement of home.  Work was done efficiently and in less than 1 day.

    Larkin Remodelers LLC
Derek and his whole crew were amazing to work with from start to finish. The process went very smooth. We were very impressed with how well they worked with the insurance company directly. I would definitely use Larkin Remodelers and highly recommend them.

    Bonilla Home Improvement Inc
Very professional.  They put up plastic to protect the areas they were not working on from any damage, dirt, or dust.  They worked quickly to have everything done in just a couple days.  They arrived on time, worked diligently, and were very courteous.  Price was excellent too.  We obtained other quotes and not only were they the lowest, they were able to clearly demonstrate that they were knowledgeable and more than capable of doing exactly what we needed (without damaging any of the work that had just been done by the waterproofing contractors).  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

    Basement Innovations Waterproofing
Hello! On 10/15/14, I purchased a Big Deal from Basement Technologies (Order # 1573398) as a gift for my son, Austin Auger. A representative went to his townhouse today in Arlington, VA to discuss the potential reason for water in his basement. The representative suggested that he clean out his window well as he believed that was the cause. Since no basement waterproofing service was provided -- nor is any to be scheduled -- may I receive a refund of the purchased Big Deal? Please advise.

    NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
I called Jayne Hoblin and asked if she could send someone out to take a look at my back yard that slopes toward my house and occasionally fills up a window well and then leaks into my basement. Bruce showed up 4 hours later (on time) and took a look (of the X4 window wells X3 had drain pipes and one did not) at both the back yard as well as my basement and sump pump. He made a number of recommendations as to the care and maintenance of my system (extremely helpful) and then advised that he had several potential options in mind. The most simple one was to dig down in the window well and attach a Y connector to the one right next to it and if I was handy I could do it myself. He took the time to detail exactly what I would need to do with inexpensive parts from a hardware store. I told him what another company had proposed (for $2,700) and he professionally advised that solution would work (no competitions bashing) also but if I was comfortable I could save that money by doing it myself. Bruce is very knowledgeable and was super helpful, couldn't ask for a better resource.
So the bottom line is, I called NV Waterproofing they came out the same day, told me how to maintain my system and then gave me an option I was very comfortable with that saved me $2,700. Even though in this instance they are not getting any revenue if/when I need any of their services again they will be my first call.

    Triad Basement Waterproofing Inc
Justin conducted the interior injection repair and cut away all affected drywall, base board molding, and pulled back carpet padding/carpet to ensure no further mold/mildew development after treatment.  After I discovered further exterior hairline cracks given Pete's previous education on their development, Pete returned at no cost to inspect and recommended no further repairs, as he indicated they were likely not to develop into seepage issues and not to pay for unneeded repairs.  My only concern with Triad is price, as I discovered after the fact when our builder's construction supervisor stopped by to inspect hairline cracks even though our home is out of warranty, he indicated their waterproofing sub-contractor could likely provide same repairs for 1/2 to 1/3 the cost if ever needed.  That said, I am pleased with Triad's responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, although I certainly hope that's not necessary.  They did provide a lifetime warranty for the repaired crack.

    NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
We had a small leak in the unfinished portion of our basement as a result of Hurricane Sandy.  I called NV Waterproofing based on the reviews in Angie's List.  While hey were backed up quite a bit with wet basements from the storm, they scheduled someone to give us an estimate within a few weeks of my call.  He was a little late for our appointment, but he had called in advance to let me know.  He pulled away the basement insulation and showed me the crack, which had been previously repaired.  Since we are the original owners of the home, the wall must have cracked during construction and the builder used an epoxy injection to repair it.  The builder never revealed to us during our walk-through inspection that they had repaired a crack.
He explained how this crack re-appeared and then went over the two different options: use an epoxy injection from the interior or dig up the landscaping and do an exterior repair.   He also explained the prices and benefits of each process.  Since we didn't want to tear out landscaping to have the repair done, we chose the interior repair.
We were scheduled for the repair on 13 December, and they showed up right on time (in fact, they were a little early, which worked out great for me).  They got right to work and removed the old epoxy and completed the repair.  They did a great job -- I can tell the difference between the repair NV just finished and the repair the builder had previously done.  It took about 1.5 - 2 hours from start to finish.

    Drainage and Erosion Solutions
Everything looked great upon completion, and was properly finished.  The window was properly inspected and registered with the county so we can build a legal bedroom into our basement when we finish it.
It all looks like it was always there, and I appreciate the time spent by the window finisher sculpting a patch out of grout to cover up a chip in the stone veneer that happened when the window's hole was being cut.  If I hadn't remembered where the chip was, I wouldn't have noticed it.
The well and general vicinity of the window drain excellently during storms, and the well stays free of significant water accumulation.
Beyond a significant delay that came from waiting for the county permit office, everything went quickly over about four days.
If I need foundation or drainage work done in the future, I would hire this company again without hesitation.
