    I have been dealing with this location for many years, and have had mixed results. Sometimes, things go well, price is right, service performed on time, other times I feel like the yare trying to get every last dime out of me. After this week's experience, I won't be back. I took my Jeep in Monday because the Check Engine Light was on. Explained that I would be out on business travel until Thursday. So Thursday I arrived back in town and was concerned that I had not heard from them, so just drove by. I was told that they had tried to call me on Tuesday without success. Period, the end, they tried once, one number, and nothing more. They have other numbers on file, plus my email. So no work was done, just an estimate for $1,400 worth of work that "might" fix it. It's not the repair that caused me to write this review, although it does seem extremely high, it's the communication. I need the Jeep for Friday and nothing was done for 3 days! Just 1 phone call was made to my cell that I have no record of.

    Every now and then when I go down there I just get this sense that they are just processing people and they're not engaged or really listening when you describe what is happening with the vehicle. Sometimes I've found they have forgotten to do something that I asked them to do so it requires a second trip, or when I go get the car I have to wait while they do it once I go to pick up the car which takes up a lot of time when I thought they were already done. They're generally very good but every now and then it's like someone isn't thinking.

    There was no charge. I've dealt with them before. I'm not very happy with them. They've taken my car pretty quickly. I would use them again depending on what the problem is. I bought my car there but I've had a problem with my blue tooth. They have tried to fix it but it seems to be the Hyundai overall.

    They are great people, they are always nice, accommodating, they're just good people to work with. They do all sorts of inspections and services where they check everything on my car that need changed and fixed, every six months. I've never had a problem with them. I'm going back in July.

    They were very good. That was a two hour repair, but it was fine. When I look at what they had to do to replace it, I was in shock, but the mechanics are very good. They did a great job. I was sorry to realize it was a bad alternator to begin with. We thought it was a bad battery because of what happened to the car with the indicator lights; it didn't make any sense. I took it to the dealership and we found out the alternator was bad. We did a jump start, and the car started so clearly it looked like it was the battery. Everything is fine now. I thought the price was fine. It was lower than I thought it was going to be. I was happy about that. I thought it was going to cost more, but it wasn't bad. They did a great job. They were very responsive. I was surprised at how difficult it was going to be and how well the mechanics were able to do it. They did it in a timely fashion, two hours I thought was not bad. They are very professional. They did a follow up call to make sure everything was okay.

    Excellent service! I purchased the "major surgery" detail package, plus engine detailing, paint sealant, and dressing the rubber seals on the doors. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He spent approximately 3 1/2 hours on the car. The engine, exterior and interior look great. The car is 10 years old and now it literally looks like new again.

    It was not a recall, but something they had to do. They did a nice job. It's easy to get an appointment. They did fine. It was something similar to a recall. It took between and hour to an hour and a half.
