The technician, Mr. Singh diagnosed the problem, secured the proper part, and finished the repair before 12 noon... same day! My frig is now working great! The pricing was fair for parts + services.

He was very friendly and professional as well, graciously agreed to extra work (cleaning inside dryer and shortening our dryer hose). Work was done quickly and correctly. The final bill, including maintenance cleaning and hose shortening, was less than quote from another shop. We're very pleased. Thank you, Mr. Singh!

    Nova Appliance Repairs
    Tech defrosted frozen coils then stated that the refrigerant was low. He installed a refrigerant adapter and recharged with refrigerant. Refrigerator worked fine for 2 days then original problem returned. So I contacted GE Factory Service who came out and set up diagnostics which indicated the unit just needed a new thermistor ($20 part) and there was no refrigerant leak issue. Also, the GE Factory tech informed me that because the NOVA tech added an adapter and refrigerant to the unit, he voided my remaining GE Profile 5yr sealed cooling system factory warranty. Going forward, if my compressor, condenser and related cooling system parts go bad, the warranty won���t cover the cost thanks to what the NOVA Appliance Repair tech did to my fridge. NOT happy about that.

    Our refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer was close behind when we contacted WRM. Bill got back to us the same day of our call. He listened to the description of the problem and then clearly laid out the possible causes (including a failed thermostat, which it turned out to be) and he provided an estimate to repair each. He also explained in clear detail what the work would entail. He arrived promptly, was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He handily solved our problem and we were pleased to support a small business owner who takes pride in his company and work. Highly recommend.

    Led to overflow and damage to wood floor. Cslled Len again another flood came out a third time more floiding. Called another plumber who quickly discovered the fill level too high. Cost me another $300

Then we discussed options regarding the oven, and he was honest in his advice, so we opted to wait on repair in case we need to replace the unit after a trial period (Bill told us what to watch for). We really appreciate this kind of customer service, which is rare these days! Bill said his motto -- Character is who you are when nobody is watching! -- is hanging in the baseball dugout where he coaches, and it shows in his business, too! We will definitely call Bill again and recommend him to others!
