I like the fact that the foreman let me know if there were additional damage and discussed materials and pricing to repair. Which was very reasonable. My roof looks great and the price was 5 to 6k cheaper than other roofing companies quotes. Their Angieslist deal is legit no up sale or runaround. Great job by this company.- NATHANIEL G.

AWhiting CoFive years after installation, a piece of aluminum came off a corner of the roof and exposed some wood. I contacted the Whiting Company and sent pictures via email. Within a week, they sent a crew to perform the repair, no questions asked and at no cost. It's rare to come across a company that responds so promptly and professional, in fulfillment of a warranty request. This is my first Angie's List review.- Shalin B.

AAROCON Roofing & ConstructionThis company is fantastic. From their customer service reps ( Brittany is so friendly!) to their technicians (Mikey and Will). They were very easy to communicate with, both thru text, email and phone. Very prompt. They even called to offer a sooner date for service due to cancellations. We ended up having to reschedule due to high wind, but they still came out just to double check it wasn't possible, called me from the van to let me know they would need to reschedule. Brittany called to book the new appointment within an hour and they were able to still do the service the same week. Mikey and Will were the technicians who did the service. They were very polite, very good at explaining the entire process, and wore their masks the entire time. They showed before and after pictures of everything they did, plus emails me copies of everything. They were great at explaining extra services ( such as we had an old satellite dish removed) and offering their annual protection program without it being a pushy sales thing. We did purchase their annual roof/gutter protection plan because the company was fantastic and we definitely want to continue to use them. High recommend!- Kathryn B.

ANjoh responded immediately to my request for an estimate. My damage was 3 stories up, so working on the next few windy days was not an option. Njoh came on Easter Sunday morning to waterproof and protect the damaged area, knowing we would have rain that Sunday night. He and his crew came back to do the repair work as soon as the weather allowed. Njoh kept me updated at all times as to when they could do the repair. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up completely. After they were done, I could not tell that there had ever been any damage. Njoh and his team obviously take great pride in doing the job right!

ATerrific! They were responsive and answered questions but also not high pressure or gimmicks like some of the larger roofing companies. Kept in touch about when they would be able to do the work. Crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up carefully. Followed up with me afterward to make sure everything was good and if I had questions. Made sure I had copies of my warranties. I would be pleased to use them again, but since they did such great work I don't expect to need a roofer again for many years!

AI appreciate the overall THOROUGH service received from Gutter Ethics. I was notified when they came out and they gave me follow-ups on any parts of their service even when they did all the cleaning of my gutters. I appreciate most that they gave me attached pictures and recommendations required for my gutter/siding repair. It is also a plus that they are offering interest free financing. You can tell Justin is not just a representative for the company, but enjoys what he's doing and has been very honest about his work.

But the response I received from the company is that they only do new gutter installations or full replacements; they do not do repairs.

APretty good. A little trouble with communication at the beginning. I felt I had to ping the owner Antonio for when work was going to be done after his inspection. Once the inspection was done, the work followed pretty quickly. It was nice they accepted a 5% coupon from Angie's list. They were so respectful to my wife who was home when the work was done and that was very important to me. The cost at first took me by surprise at $802.00. However, getting the repair materials, hauling up the tools and equipment to the roof and the danger of working on the roof, the cost seemed reasonable. I will hire these guys again, but I think perhaps more of get back to you within 24 hours for each conversation would be helpful.

AShanco replaced my roof about 5 years ago. Recently a piece of shingle fell of the roof. I called and reported the issue. The technician came in two days and replaced the shingle without any charge since the roof is still under warranty. The customer service manager Chrissie Bartlett is very professional and responsive. I am happy with their service now, the same as 5 years ago.
