Got a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses.

They did a nice job helping me pick frames. Kind of pricey, but similar to major chains and I got better service than I've gotten at chains.

Very impressed with attentiveness and professionalism of staff. Wonderful selection of styles Love my glasses, price higher than anticipated however I checked out several other opticians and confirmed that MacPherson was my preferred choice!

Pricey frames and lenses, but very high quality and good service. I intend to use them again, when the need arises. Friendly and professional. Offered an alternative solution with a frame repair shop, which impressed me, but I decided to go with them. Glad I did.

Ordered eye glass lenses and frames.

Excellent company. This was my 2nd order with them. They have an enormous amount of frames to choose in all price ranges. They took as much time as I needed to help with my frame selections. I have had friends compliment my eye wear that have started to go there for theirs. When my glasses were ready for pick up they adjusted them to my face until they were perfect.

To pick up a new pair of eye glasses I ordered from them.

It was great dealing with this company. They have an enormous amount of samples displayed to try on. Spent the time that I needed to be able to be assured I picked out the right frames for me. So I bought my next pair from them. When my frames came in they spent time adjusting them for a perfect fit. I have referred them to friends who were extremely happy with the service, quality of lenses and frames. I am so pleased to have found them.

New single-vision glasses

I went in for a new pair of glasses, having broken the old pair. I thought I would just get a frame as close as possible to the old one, but the staff encouraged me to explore many options. I ended up trying on about a dozen and a half frames, some resembling what I was used to, others quite different. I ended up selecting three finalists. I returned for a second visit with my wife, who helped me choose a frame. I ordered the glasses. On my third visit, the optician adjusted the glasses and I started wearing them. But I found that they were too tight, so I could not wear them for more than an hour without discomfort. I went in for a fourth visit, and the staff re-adjusted the glasses so they fit securely and comfortably. The upshot is that, thanks to the encouragement of the staff, I spent considerably more time getting these glasses than any pair in the 27 years I've been wearing specs. But the result is a pair that look and feel better on me than any I've had.

filled prescription for new lenses, new frames and clip-on sunglasses

Excellent! My husband and I have gone to them for a number of years, most recently 2 weeks ago to get a new lens prescription filled for him.Their staff is superb (usually we work with Maria or Jackie), take great care to see that the lenses are exactly as they should be by taking meticulous measurements and that the fit of the glasses is correct. They also assist w/ the selection of frames and make excellent suggestions that complement one's face and features. They take a lot of time to make sure that the frames are comfy and will make adjustments to them as needed (nose pads, etc.) They take the time to explain how your lenses may feel different with your new prescription We have gone to chain opticians in the past (Costco, Lens Crafters) with disastrous results. My husband needed a series of new lenses in the months following his cataract surgery and they made sure the process went smoothly. They are not cheap (hence the C under Price) but are worth absolutely every penny. Whatever money you might "save" by going to the big box opticians will likely be diminished by the aggravation and frustration you may experience. I would very highly recommend them
