    Home Network Solutions LLC
I have had this company out twice and both times the work performed was outstanding and reasonably priced. The first time Lew came and installed the wiring and network connections for home theater system and did a fantastic and thorough job. That was in March of 2017 and everything still works perfectly. I had Lew return in January 2019 after a remodel to get our wi-fi working properly. The contractor had moved our router to the basement and the wi-fi was not reaching all parts of the house. Lew was able to move the router to a more central location and install a hard wired booster to reach the areas of the house that were still not getting a good signal. Everything is working again, better than I thought it would be. He also resolved a printer issue that I was not able to figure out and made printing possible from any device. My teenage kids are pleased to have their wi-fi working again.

    COMCAST
They are very expensive, The internet service is really fast, it's very good, it's awesome, I have to say. The cable portion due ended up having to pay a lot for additional services and then we get the regular landline service also. It was okay dealing with the costumer. I talked to them last moth because it was too high and they reduced it and that was nice. I

    Verizon
I started using them since I needed internet service for my office. Their service is pretty good but it is not absolutely terrific. Sometimes some of their stations do not come on and sometimes they do. Sometimes I cannot watch the news as I lose all television for twenty four hours. Their pricing is too expensive. I have a wire coming out of one window going right downstairs to my library and when I asked them if they could do something about it they said I had to pay more if I wanted it to go through my house. Their guys were really nice and helped me when I needed them. I would use them again in the future.

    Comcast
I had a bundle package from Comcast.  They are excellent.  Its cable so it's fast speed and flawless.  Their price is competitive and I think it's a fair price from other things that I've had.  Quality is excellent.

    Comcast
I have been using them since last August.  I called about the faulty DVR box and they said to bring it in to the nearest shop, but I haven’t had time to take it in.  I felt like they should have delivered me a new one.  I had to unplug it, figure out how to reattach the new one I pick up.  They told me that they wouldn’t charge me for it if I dropped it off at the service center.  I thought of course they wouldn’t.  It was their product I was renting and it was faulty.  They were nice about it and the customer service seemed pretty good for the most part when I called.  I am not sure of the quality of their equipment if it's faulty within a couple of months of using it and I have to take it back.  I find Comcast's customer service better than others even though they have slightly inferior equipment.

    VERIZON WIRELESS
Everytime it rained, I had issues with my landline. They have an automated phone system when you call in for customer service.  When I eventually got an agent, who was polite, I was told somebody would be out next week.  The time from they gave me was 7am-8pm.  I was told I would get a text message, automated phone call, or email, to let me know a representative would be at my home.  I have done this over 20 times in the last few months.  Sometimes a person comes out before your scheduled date. This being said, I have received automated messages telling me that my issue has been fixed.  They never tell me what the problem was, and clearly the problem is not fixed.  They never call to ask if it is working.  Then, it's a repetitive cycle of calling, rescheduling, and receiving automated messages that the issue has been fixed.  The issue had still not been fixed.  Sometimes my phone works, but not always.  Finally, a technician came into the house.  Yesterday, another technician came to my home.  He said the problem has been fixed and my phone line came back on.  Finally, he explained that the issue was the cable between the company and the switch box in my neighborhood. I felt like they kept saying it was fixed when it wasn't, and just never really told me where the problem was stemming from so I could get it fixed.  I am interested into another service provider, but I have learned Verizon is really the only provider in my area.  While the individuals themselves were all very nice, I really wish they had better follow-up and would handle these issues better.

    Verizon
I have used Verizon for many years for my landline and low speed Internet DSL service. I have had few problems with either service. At one point I was losing my internet connection with the DSL modem that Verizon had provided me with the service. I ended up replacing the modem with one that I bought, and service is once again good. I didn't appreciate that I had to buy my own modem to fix the service. In retrospect the problem may have been more from turning the modem off when the computer was off (to save energy) than from the modem. Now I leave the modem on (wasting energy) but eliminating any service problems. Compared to others I know I pay less for phone and Internet service. I have a phone service plan where I pay by the call. I don't make many calls, so it's cheaper than buying an unlimited calling plan. I also get the lower speed DSL service. Together they cost less than $40 per month. I may have to reconsider the DSL speed at some point, because I think Internet content is getting more massive and my connection may begin to seem slow. I think I locked in a lifetime rate on the DSL service and that it's only about $18 per month. I've been pretty happy with the service. I always look for ways to get cheaper service and have been pretty successful with Verizon.

    CAVALIER TELEPHONE
Overall I hope I never have to deal with company again, I finally canceled service with them, still waiting on the $169 they owe me from my payments! They provide poor service and I do not recommend them!
