  • Our house was gutted by fire in December of 2013.  As of today, July 2015 our house has not been completed yet and we cannot perform a final inspection.  A year and 7 months later, we are still not done.  We were unfortunate to hire this company and the General Contractor, Keith Reeve, has no concept of time management and project management.  He was full of empty promises and quite a bit of excuses and never took any responsibility for his work. 
    The General Contractor was more concerned on how many private vacations he will go on (and they were many), than on working on finishing our house quickly and efficiently.  While he was on vacations he was not accessible and the worked stalled.  He made many mistakes such as: wrong measurements and having to redo his work which took time, we have: squeaky floors, master bathroom shower not draining correctly, the AC on the third floor not working as it should, he was not ordering materials on time and waiting on them to arrive which made the work to be interrupted (until todays day we are still waiting on the fireplace that he supposedly ordered in January!!!).  Also, while working, his crew was extremely slow and inefficient.  They charge by hour and
    they just take their time.  I took few days off work and I just observed them.  They were either trying to figure out what needs to be done or shopping in Home Depot for materials or being on the cell phone.  It took them almost 2 months to finish just the drywall.  We were waiting for few months for a sprinkler system to be installed by an independent company.  When I finally called the company I was told that they could not start since our General Contractor has not made the initial payment for a while.
    We had to move to a non-finished house with a baby, not having the kitchen and the bathrooms completely ready, and by then we were already postponed for at least 5 times. Since we moved in, we had to deal with dust and workers coming in and
    out, and never ending excuses.  This cost us a lot sleepless nights and aggravation and unfortunately we could not do
    anything about it.  Our house was supposed to be finished this week and today he casually informs us that they are
    working on a different job and they might come next week.  It seems that every week is postponed to the ?next week?.  We made a list of unfinished items and I fear that this project might not be completed by January of 2016.
    My recommendation would be: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and absolutely DO NOT engage with them. They made our lives pure h***!  They will overcharge you and you will never see an end to your project!

  • I have had the same treatments elsewhere and I found their service to be sub-par.  The staff was not as professional, the equipment was not as nice and the treatments did not last as long.  The staff was nice but I would not go back.

  • The process actually starts with a consultation.  The clinician, Sue, first listened to what I wished to accomplish.  In response, she was direct in describing the process, managing my expectations, and did not try to up-sell me at all.  As a new client, I purchased a face/bikini prepaid package, which took 4 sessions with about 5 weeks in between appointments.  Sue was flexible in scheduling and she was on time for each appointment.  I never waited in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes!  
    The most important part of this experience was the results.  Ahhh-mazing.  I'm so thrilled!  It's a bit strange and weird to discuss how well it went because the process is so personal.  But I must say that the investment really paid off.  No more tweezing or icky razor bumps and everything is so smooth!  While the decision to even pull the trigger was a bit mortifying at first, I'm totally glad I did.

  • This is a very professional and well-run operation.  The reception area creates a welcoming and serene atmosphere and the treatroom room is clean and orderly.  Rhonda is waiting when you arrive for your appointment and she begins work precisely on time.  She is careful and quick, work is done with minimun discomfort, and I have had no redness or irritation following treatments.  I would recommend her without reservation.

  • It was an up and down experience.  I don't have other laser hair removal experiences so I don't have a basis for comparison.  The treatments were fine, but it was very difficult to schedule appointments some of the time - and actually I stopped going because I missed an appointment and then couldn't get back through to reschedule.

  • She was very professional and the price was right; very much so. It was not painful. She was quite busy when I went there but she was able to accommodate me well. When I walked in the waiting room, it was mystical, but she had made it homey with an Eastern influence. She was very normal, warm and personable.

  • Rhonda has a very small, but cozy office.  She's pretty no nonsense and gets to business quickly, but she will try to help you relax with small talk.  She'll discuss your goals and be completely honest with you.  If she can't take care of your needs, she'll recommend you go to another office.  For example, her laser does not handle light hair, so I appreciate that she'll not waste her money with her services.  Appointments are usually quick, depending on how much time you schedule.  I think she typically does 15 minute appointments, but you can schedule a longer period, particularly if you are doing laser treatments.  The treatments are really affordable.  I can't recommend her services enough!

  • I had a great experience there.  They have very friendly staff.  They are always on time.  They have the easy process to schedule appointments.  They send a reminder phone call a day prior, so that's always helpful.  Overall, it's a good experience and very effective.  They are very accommodating with the schedule.  They are very affordable.  The prices were well worth the result.

  • He had to work in a small space. He did a great job and was quite professional. He wore booties to not track dirt throughout the house. I would highly recommend him. He gave me a $30 Angie's List discount.

  • I saw the big deal and was excited about getting laser hair removal and about the price.  I purchased serveral packages online that were offered for $188.00 each. I called and made the first appt.  The location is hard to find and I ended up missing it the first few times I passed it.  The shop looks like a small salon and I could hear the client undergoing treatment but there was no one to greet clients, etc.   When the other client finished Elaine came out to greet me. I had the procedure I thought to be laser hair removal. I went home and did not notice any results in the days to follow.  I began researching this procedure in a more in depth manner and learned that  what I had experienced was not laser hair removal, it was a service called IPL.  I am disppointed and I have already contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint.  This merchant did not offer me a workable solution and she was quite rude in her response to my statement of dissatisfaction and request for a refund.  She does not remember which client I am and further offended me with inaccurate references.  Perhaps she was thinking of another client. Since she did not offer me a reasonable solution, I will have my credit card company investigate this situation and do a charge back on this merchant because she misrepresented the services that she provides.  I have noticed in the susequent groupons and discounting programs she is offered through several other websites she has amended the description of the services provided. Perhaps it is because there have been additional complaints.
