    The gentleman who dropped off the shell several months back was punctual, helpful, and professional. My items were kept safely in their storage facility for about 7 months and returned to me within 3 days of me calling to request them back. Bill Shannon, whom I believe is the owner, was involved, knowledgeable, and helpful. The workers who returned the storage shell and helped to unload it did such a remarkable job and their attitudes are so fantastic as well!

    I was really impressed with Zippy Shell's services. It was easy for me to request delivery of the pod, pick up for storage, and two other deliveries to different addresses. I did it all by email and communication was clear and uncomplicated.

    While looking for moving companies recently, we reached out to a couple of different people and got a couple of different quotes but ended up choosing NOVA Express Movers because of the good reviews and overall pleasant experience with the people we talked to (I had a lot of questions and they had all the answers!). I'm glad we did because everything went so smoothly. They were great with timing and extremely helpful.

    As the other review says, Home Depot contracts with this company to deliver and install appliances, a dishwasher in my case.  First, the team was late arriving at my house.  Then, they said they wouldn't be able to remove my old dishwasher because it was (they said) too big for the opening.  Which was clearly BS, since it was, you know, already IN the opening.  They seemed in a real hurry to leave my house and get to their next appointment, and gave me plenty of attitude when I wanted them to take the time to do the job right.  They basically refused to even try.  My husband and I managed to remove the old dishwasher within minutes after they left, thus proving that they were full of it. 
    When I called to reschedule the installation, FSA said they would call me back to reschedule.  They never did.  When I called a second time to demand a refund of my installation fee, they said they had already refunded me.  They hadn't. They said they would put in the refund again.  We'll see how well it works this time.  Apparently they had just decided not to reschedule my job, and didn't bother telling me. 
    I second the other reviewer's advice to ask Home Depot which company they'll be using to install your appliance, and requesting a different one if they will be using FSA.  FSA has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

    The DMV team was fantastic! Very professional, efficient (fast!), careful and fun. Sorrell, especially, made it a fun day - which is not easy. We all laughed when we got lost in the public storage facility, trying to find our way back to the loading platform. Both guys took extra steps to make sure my furniture was safe and secure before moving it. They worked quickly but carefully and listened closely to my directions on what was supposed to go where. Tim was very engaging and courteous placing the appointment - a very professional team all around. I would recommend them highly and will definitely use DMV again.

    This was a great service for the first several months we have used it, but it has really fallen off a cliff in the last two months. They have delivered the wrong product on at lest two occasions, and when called on it their responses have been unprofessional and discourteous. Delivery times started slipping way past what they have reliably been, to the point where delivery is made long after everyone in the household has left. So the milk spoils. In response to complaints customer service has alternated between insultingly dismissive and completely non-responsive. For instance, one and quot;customer serviceand quot; representative tried to disclaim fault by referencing a 15 hour delivery window and saying that and quot;we ask the customer to have ice packs , ice or frozen bottles of water in their coolers.and quot; (This is, of course, bogus - they have never asked us to do that, and they only warn in any regular emails about leaving separate coolers out for ice cream - something I don't usually order - and never warn that their delivery times may arbitrarily change).
    There are must more cost-competitive services that haven't decided now is a good time to start hating their customers, like your CSA or your local farmer's market. Stay away from SMC until they get their act back together.

    My experience went excellent. They were prompt and the salesmen I dealt with was exceptionally professional. They are heads and shoulders above everyone else.  Everything was done in a timely fashion and nothing was damaged.

    LaserShip delivered a correctly addressed package to a house 4 doors away.  They just left the package on the front porch of the wrong house.  They have messed up deliveries to me 3 times now in various ways.  No one, including Amazon, should be using LaserShip.

    I found Arganica Farm Club through Angie's List. We are delighted with them and we love them. Their service and the quality of the food are extraordinary. In our experience, they have delivered on time and delivered exactly what we have ordered. The quality of the products we have ordered has met or exceeded our expectations. There have been couple of times when we didn’t receive something that we had ordered and I e-mailed them and let them know that it was included in the delivery and they immediately credited my account. The sea food that they provide has been the best I have been able to get in the Mid Atlantic Region. Their service has been top notch. This is a premium service with premium products and their service and responsiveness has been consistently at that level of premium pricing. I would absolutely use their service in the future.
