  I give the highest recommendation to DNA Pro Cleaning & Restoration, for the work they did in addressing the terrible damage to my basement due to flash flooding. They had to remove heavy wall-to-wall carpet and drywall and insulation in three rooms that were full of belongings that were water damaged. The task was overwhelming to me, and I was so worried about the development of mold. Even though they were overwhelmed with calls they responded, gave me what turned out to be a precisely accurate estimate of the job, and got me on their list for action within 2 days, and Joe and his colleagues who did my work were punctual, informative about the damage and what they were doing, and they were friendly and did not complain one bit about the amount of work involved! Another company had given me an estimate 6 x higher for the same job! They also use very effective and safe botanical disinfectants/mold prevention treatments. They understand the work, and are honest and family-owned. I will now be a regular customer, as I will be hiring them to do non-emergency work, like rug cleaning.

  Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

  Very impressed by Nabil and his professionalism. He showed up late, but made sure to call and let me know and give me a heads up that he was going to be late due to traffic. Very friendly, did a great job, and would definitely hire again! He explained what he was going to do and was honest that I did not need to add a level of cleaning, which I very much appreciated! All in all a great experience.

  Go Green Cleaning LLC

  Very responsive and prompt. Quality was okay. What really bothered me was that he said it was $69 but then when he arrived, he clarified that the $69 was only for steam cleaning and any deep cleaning and/or use of cleaning solutions etc would incur an additional charge. I was not comfortable with this bait and switch and we were under a time crunch so had to go ahead despite our concerns about this way of doing business.

  Exceptional Upholstery Carpet & Rug Cleaning

  Work far exceeded my expectations. My off-white carpet is 20 years old and now looks close to new. The spots are gone and even the edges close to the wall are sparkling clean. I have hired carpet cleaners in the past and have always been somewhat disappointed in the outcome. Not this time!. Courteous, punctual, professional. What's not to like?

  After speaking with Wayne, the owner, we agreed by phone on a price and he arrived to clean the rugs in our home very promptly. He took our rugs for cleaning that day and returned them both within 3 days. When he returned the rugs, we asked him to clean our sofa bed and he did a wonderful job. I recommend him in every way.

  I purchased the deal for 2 rooms of carpet cleaning and had them clean my living room and a staircase. The service was fast and did a great job! I hadn't realized that they also do grout cleaning, so decided to have that done as well for my kitchen and bathrooms, and they were able to do the cleaning at the same time without me having to make a separate appointment. Scheduling was easy and the technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

  SERVPRO OF LOUDOUN COUNTY

  I was initially very happy as Servpro was excellent with coming out immediately and helping dry out my house. However, more than 3 weeks ago, they took my area rugs for cleaning and i have still not gotten them back and have just been getting the run-around when i call them. They keep telling me oh you'll get them delivered today and then, surprise, the rugs do not show up. The Office Manager, Gabrielle (although her VM says Liz) , promises to call back with an update, never does, and then keeps ignoring calls and sending them straight to voicemail. Manny, one of the managers for the mitigation has been responsive but he does not know where the rugs are and is not able to help either, although he is trying and is unlike the office manager who straight up lies and ignores calls. This is beyond ridiculous as my rugs are hand knotted valuables that this business is keeping hostage! I am considering legal action/ have started the process to file a complaint with the BBB as they seem to have no semblance of professionalism and are illegally holding on to my valuables.

  Wow! Wow! Wow!! Stan Valadzko was on time and worked almost three hours to get the years of dirt and pet stains out of carpet. I have had carpet cleaned every year, but this time was amazing. Every aspect of what to expect and how to maintain a clean carpet was discussed. I was so impressed with the carpet, I scheduled cleaning the dryer vent. Area of carpet cleaned was two large bedrooms, hallway, and a long flight of steps. There was no additional charges!

  PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING PLUS

  Nathan and Johnson did a great job! They were very responsive to my request through the Angie's List portal, punctual arrival for the work and their price was extremely fair. The sofa looks fresh (they even got out a stain that was almost 2 yrs old) and the rug is in tiptop condition now. I will definitely use them again in the future.
