They are higher than the ones in this area, but the quality is the first priority for me. The wait time is about 15 minutes. Its always a different vet but its hard to say. I used to have a great vet there but she left, I haven't had problems in years so I cannot comment on them. I come back for consistency of quality.

This was the first time I have taken my dog to them. I had no issues with getting an appointment with them as a new patient. Everything was fine.

We did not have to wait long to see a vet. Even with additional tests and diagnostics, we were in and out of there within an hour and I was able to take our kitty home. Caring Hands called the next day to see how our cat was doing. We have a follow up appointment with a specialist at South Paws. We hope our cat can get better soon. Our cat had not been eating or drinking for several days. We have been long time clients of Caring Hands and knew that they would take good care of her. Even though they were booked solid the day we called, they squeezed us in. Out cat needed additional diagnostic tests and they were able to fit those into their busy schedule.

I always see many animals and their owners coming in and out of Caring Hands (CHAH) whenever I am in that particular shopping center, so I decided to give them a try since I have yet to find a vet and a facility that is a good fit for my cat and me. The first visit wasn't terrible. The vet seemed nice although my cat refused to let him do a full exam. It was only at the end that I got my first taste of what is wrong with this place. He pushed hard to get a blood panel on the cat, and eventually I caved because he was so pushy and made me feel like I was a terrible owner if I didn't get it. Since my cat was such a pain, I had to bring her back...
