They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. On time; great communications in terms of what their daily plan was, what challenges were coming up, response to my questions/concerns; excellent quality of work, very efficient and also friendly and responsible. In our initial consultation, we agreed it might be possible to simply replace a 3 yard square of ceiling plaster that was coming down, but might be necessary to do the whole thing. That turned out to be the case but the team was clear in showing me why their efforts to do the small piece were not working. Their work on taking the ceiling down and re-doing it was efficient and high quality. A great experience all around!- Mary M.

They went out of their way to pick up the part and install it prior to below freezing temperatures approaching that weekend. ACompany was the first to respond to my initial inquiry and a consultation appointment was easily scheduled for a convenient time that was very soon. The two technicians arrived on the day scheduled and within the timeframe provided and were safely wearing masks and social distancing in my home. (All appointments/approximate arrivals/on-the-way communications were emailed, clear and correct.) The problem of the control panel not working was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and a follow-up appointment was scheduled after the part located and verified to be obtainable. A quote for the part and repair was given before they left my home. The oven is 15 years old and the lead technician assured me, correctly, that it was much more expensive to replace than to repair. Repair time was scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly replace the part, and I now have my beloved oven working again! I made a down payment of a little less than the cost of the part and repair at the end of the initial appointment and the balance when work was completed.
