Pricing is in line with everyone else. I would use them again. They have followed up with me after I moved to make sure my cat was ok. Wonderful people. I have found them extremely supportive over the years with various animals. They have been very kind and gentle. They are very good with cats. They understand cat's nature. They have a quiet room for cats.

Since we are not a driving household, we had to make special arrangements. We can only bring the cats in when we catch them and have transportation. They have been really, really, great working with us. They allow us to reschedule things and cancel at the last minute. They let us get in at the last minute whenever we can. I have been very, very happy with their services, especially over the last two years. They have really stepped it up.

I think they are open 24 hours now. So anytime we can put together the cats with a car, we no longer feel that distress that we can only make it during certain hours. I really appreciate the fact that they have extended their hours just for people like us.

They get "A"s all of the way. They have been incredibly helpful to us. I can't begin to tell you how difficult it is to get stuff done without a car. Having businesses willing to accommodate if you need to come a little early or a little late is just priceless to me. The fact that they allow that flexibility without making you feel guilty or that you are inconveniencing them, I just can't say enough good things about that kind of an atmosphere. It is so important to us to deal with a business that treats us that way.

We have been using them for 20 years. We will keep going back. The people there care about the animals and they follow up especially after anything major. I think the follow ups are above and beyond. The veterinarian is really good. He knows us well. He explains everything.Their office administrator who has been there  pretty much forever, she is very good. The people that they have at the front desk change over the years. They are generally good.

I have one cat that is like a dog and is at my heels at all times and I have another one that is the don?t touch me kitty. I couldn?t get my grip on her to get her into a carrier to take her when I took the first one, so I had to make another appointment. Then I had to entice her into the bathroom and trap her.

It was around $180 to have my cat put down. They took me in with no appointment. They gave her a nice finish. I used them the following week. The price was fair. I particularly like Dr. Goldfarb. He is excellent.

It is too expensive. Veterinary care is crazy expensive and is a rip-off. It is more expensive than my care. I had ordered some special food, they didn?t have it in stock, and it took them three weeks to get it.  I had to go back twice and ask if they had my food. I didn?t think that was very responsive and I didn?t like that at all.

I will take all of my pets there.

I wasn?t happy with them. They are awful. I hate them. I am not going back there anymore.

It got to the point where I wouldn?t even see the vet. It was just take your dog to the front door, they would take your dog, then tell you to come back in two hours. I think they got annoyed with me. I was red flagged as one of those pet owners. I asked why am I suppose to have these tests when I?m not there. My dogs are older and I refused to get some of the shots. They only needed the rabies shots. I am well informed about veterinary care and I am not going to put all of these pharmaceuticals in my older dogs. They are 15 years old and do not go outside my yard. I wasn?t going to pay extra for other shots they didn?t need.

They would take my dogs, do all of these other things, then charge me for things that I didn?t okay to be done. I didn?t approve and sign off on things on the bill. For example, they would charge me $33 for an anal expression when I didn?t ask for it. I think other people just pay it and leave.

It is inside Petsmart, so there is seven people with their dogs out in an open area that are waiting. There are pit bulls, and all other kinds of dogs, and these people who are not in control of their pets in an open area. I don?t want some dog lunging at my dog. I have one dog that is a little aggressive and we know that I can?t bring her in and sit quietly by my side with other dogs around.

I don?t care for them, and they really don?t care for me, so it works out fine.

It’s good, it’s fine, I like their staff. They are friendly, they are expensive and they do request a lot of tests. Looking back there are things that I probably wouldn’t have done. But, I guess they give you options. They are good with the animals.

A close friend recommended FAH, and, after an initial meeting and examination of our pet with Dr. Amster we were sold.  She was VERY thorough, and took the time to get a complete history on our animal.  She made thoughtful recommendations and did not require any "fishing" tests.  In this visit she asked many questions to ensure that she fully understood the mental and behavioral condition of our pet, in addition to her observations and testing for physical condition.  I believe they are very good value for the money.

The experience was fine. I wouldn't call it an 'A', but I would call it a 'B'. I had an incident with them last year where I wasn't happy at all. They didn't explain things as well as I would have liked.
