AGraves Design & Remodeling IncThe project went very well, from start to finish. It stayed within budget, and the team was responsive and pleasant to work with. The work was extensive - they excavated and installed a new egress window, installed new lighting, switches, and outlets, built in a closet, installed and painted new drywall, installed new padding and carpet on the floor. FURR - Was that my property twice this week the first time was to do an inspection on the water heater and they performed a water heater flush and gave me a great deal! They informed me of my unit performance and gave me helpful tips. The second visit was because my Gas furnace was not cycling correctly, the technician came out and promptly fixed the issue, also gave me a fair price, and gave me helpful tips. Will definitely be using them again in the future, for any water heater, air conditioning, gas furnace, plumbing, or electrical needs!- Jeff O.

APhoenix Home Services IncOverall Phoenix did a fantastic job with this project. Despite the current COVID environment, they were here everyday getting the job done. Communication was good, and we did not have any hiccups or addendums that weren't previously discussed from the original scope of the job. We did have some issues with the re-surfacing of the hardwood floors, but Phoenix went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. They were fantastic to accommodate us on certain items based on our budget; one thing that stood out to us was this feature. We are so happy we found them and our house is better than we imagined it would be from the initial drawings. We hope to work with them again on other projects for our home.- Brandon Z.

APrudent HomesI am very impressed with the work that David and his assistant from Prudent Homes performed in our basement. They completed the work in one day on two different occasions and it was a fairly large insulation project. They had to use 2 different types of insulation. David explained all work to be done upfront and provided an estimate which was very fair. They were polite, knowledgeable and very clean in the areas where they performed work. You would not have known they were in our house. Also, they arrived at our house at the exact time they stated on both occasions. We have had problems with other contractors in the past with this issue. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors and family.- Bonnie C.

Over the years I have had workers here to do some renovations and repairs. Matthew Willis of Willis Builders, the Project Manager Marcelo Gomes, and all the workers that came to my house were very professional. I am very, very pleased with the outcome of this renovation. AWe found Adelphia Exteriors on Angie's List and chose them for our home improvement project. It really is a family-run business: Tim (son) provided the estimates, wrote the contracts, and was our main point of contact; Vickie (mom) runs the office and frequently coordinated with me by phone; and Nick (dad) founded the business in the 1980s and still does much of the painting. Ours was a big project. After more than 20 years, it was time to replace all 23 of the original windows, including the large Palladian window above the entry door. We decided to go with fiberglass Marvin windows instead of vinyl and are very happy with the result. Next came the exterior siding. We wanted to replace the boring original beige siding and thought a lot about color combinations, textures, and trim features, You can see the terrific results in the before and after photos below. The final touches included replacing the original gutters and downspouts with gleaming white new ones, including gutter guards to keep out debris, and a little bit of exterior painting, Nick even agreed to repaint our front and garage doors to match the blue siding on the other three sides of the house. We selected Adelphia based on their competitive pricing and excellent reviews on Angie's List. Tim worked with us at every step along the way to make sure we were satisfied. The crews that Adelphia's uses were careful, professional, and punctual. Things didn't always go perfectly the first time, but Adelphia always made things right, including coming back to perform minor touch up or clean up any time we asked. We're considering additional work on our home over the next few years (new roof, replacing the front entry door) and will definitely use Adelphia Exteriors again. I highly recommend Adelphia for their competitive prices, workmanship, and personal attentiveness.
