    My HVAC system was still under warranty, but the air conditioner was not cooling the room. This was the second summer that this happened. The first summer the tech put in some refrigerant and pretty much called it a day (except they charged me over $400.00). The company changed hands this year, but they honored my warranty. This time they sent out a fabulous technician -- Mr. Wen Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen was patient and sought out the leak which took him many hours to discover. He replaced a leaking valve that he had to order. I am so thankful for this fabulous technician -- they are not all so talented or willing to spend time finding the problem. In addition, it was covered by my warranty and all I paid for his expertise was the $90 service charge. I wish the technician last year had fixed the problem and not charged me over $400.00. In the future I will ask for Mr. Nguyen.

    We hired Elite Contractor Services to design, build and integrate a two story addition. Our main goal was to add a master bedroom with a brand new bathroom and walk-in closet and have a more open concept throughout the living area. The Elite team did a full renovation of our kitchen, and it's absolutely beautiful. Ken had communicated with us during the entire project about the timeline for completion, met with us if there was any issues (which were minimum). Ana has great expertise on designing the bathroom and kitchen. She was honest, gave great advice and was open minded during the entire process. Both Ken and Ana went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the finished product and couldn't have asked for a better contractor with which to work. We will definitely be using Elite Contractor Services in the future for any additional home renovations.

    Richards Heating & Air Conditioning Co Inc
    Technician checked upstairs unit...no problems. Checked downstairs unit and noted the condensation pipe, which was right in front of the unit, was clogged so he opened that, then proceeded to shop-vac some water under the unit. I had received an ad from Richards for a $59 checkup (many AC companies advertise that price) so my total price should have been $118. He was only onsite for approximately an hour, which is what I was told on the phone when I scheduled. When I got his invoice, it was for an additional $45 to unclog the pipe and shop-vac the water. Not once did the technician mention this was all EXTRA work and an EXTRA cost until he handed me the invoice. I told him if he had let me know it was extra, I could have easily done the pipe snaking and water evac with my own shop-vac. It's not a lot of additional money but I really don't like businesses that lure you in with a 'special deal' then fine other ways to add profit to the job. Richard's did this and I won't be doing any further business with them in the future.

    They are awful. They told me it will take 6 days and it took four months. They had full access to my house. They fell an inspection. The inspector told them to do it right. Just extremely unprofessional. Advise not to go near them with a 10 ft pole.

    Amazing! Roger responded to my call on a Sunday night and showed up within 20 minutes of my call! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He took care of my problem in short order and charged a very fair price! I would recommend this outstanding local small businessman to everyone and will definitely call him the next time I have AC troubles.

    Mark came after normal hours to check out why I was getting a horrendous bill normal about an hour after I called. Even though I said I probably needed a new system, he spent several hours the next day trying to fix the old system whose maintenance I had ignored. Two other companies I called sounded interested only in a sale. Repair was impossible, and he and his helper installed the new system, which is amazingly comfortable. They were very professional, punctual, willing and thorough explaining things, and easy to have around. Mark's response to my subsequent questions when I didn't understand the new thermostat has been phenomenal, and my electric bill has gone done, drastically from its worst and also from what I thought was normal. I plan to call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

    Exceptional knowledge and professional experience provided by Justin Whitesides who determined that my 15 year old HVAC lost 80% of the coolant and there was corrosion around the coils. Justin inspected the 23 year old furnace and found that corrosion was forming and though it was working properly that failure could occur anytime in the future. Justin photographed all of the failed and failing parts so it was never just a matter of personal or blind opinion. Justin explained all of my options as well as comparing replacement systems with the systems that are failed which helped me make a proper and considered choice for replacing both systems with higher SEER ratings, greater efficiency, and better warranties. As a result of Justin's recommendations I chose to upgrade to a Lennox Signature Series with an 18 SEER and a variable blower, which increased the cost considerably but I learned that Lennox will provide a significant rebate that takes the sting out of the price. Furthermore, this upgrade provides greater labor, parts and materials warranties that distance it from lower cost systems thus supporting the theory of pay me now or pay me later. I won't have to deal with this problem again during my lifetime and enhance the comfort of my home both winter and summer.

    The experience from estimate to installation was smooth and painless. Had gotten estimates from other companies and found this one to be the best overall value. Communication throughout was excellent. Before the installation got a call when they were heading out and picture in a text of the technician. The installers, Kameron, Joe and Reggie were great, very professional. Took care to keep area clean and clean up when done. Wouldn't know they had been there except for the new system. Also, took time to explain the process and when done walked through what was done and how things work. Very impressed.

    A friend ordered me a Big Green Egg as a birthday present. Had to schedule delivery not once, not twice, but three times. On the third time I was scheduled to be the last delivery of the day and over an hour after the window provided. Finally told them to cancel the order. On that second attempt I called after the window was expired and was simply told "you should not have been scheduled for today." This after speaking to that same person, Sharron, to schedule that second delivery.
