    The part would have cost more than a new TV, so that's what I decided to do. I asked them if they could handle getting the television and installing it for me, and they could. They were angels. They called to let me know that they could save me even more for my television, and then they came the next day to install everything. They really went above and beyond, and they were incredibly friendly and professional.

    It went very well, and Geo and his crew were very professional. They spent more time than I'm sure they planned to, and came back to finish up and make sure everything was satisfactory.  They did a great job, and were very pleasant throughout, explaining what they were going to do and what the options were to make sure everything was done just the way we wanted.  Great service!

    The owner, Paul,  quickly responded to my inquiry concerning service. The price he quoted was reasonable so we set up an appointment for two days later. Darryl, the technician, arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. He was also a skilled and patient instructor on the use of the new television and remote. When I experienced a minor issue with teleivison zoom setting, Darryl returned to remedy the issue at no charge. Excellent, professional service from start to finish.

    My experience with TechMedx has been very good. He works a lot at his place so he can just look into our computer so it works that way. Sometimes he is there for 2 and half hours and charges about 200 and something but he is working on a lot. I don't his prices to be honest. He is reliable. He always calls us back. He gets to us as soon as he can. He is pretty busy so I know he is good. His price is excellent.

    Roberto arrived on time. Very personable. He and aide installed wall mount for large TV and put  the set up on the mount. Hookup for the TV was relatively straight forward-attach cables from originating control panel into house basement. Cables followed unrestricted path along main girder to point where hole was made to feed cables to rooms above. Cables were then fed up through wall (between studs) to service two rooms. Roberto left after installation leaving assistant to set up TV. I don't believe he knew how and advised me to contact Verizon (my provider) to arrange for setup. I expected a complete installation and setup. Plus, necessary cables to attach to TV  and devices were not supplied. I happened to have a few available which we used. Roberto did not set up second set but provided instructions on which cables to detach before I  moved the set to its new position. Overall the event went ok but could and should have been better: Necessary cables should have been available. Set up of new TV should have been completed.  Move of second set to new location would have been considerate.

    I just wanted the TV on the wall, but the installer wanted to do a more professional job including running the wires inside the wall and installing another elctrical outlet behind the TV.  I said, "What the heck", for $100 more it was worth it.

    Setting up the appointment was easy and I scheduled for service about a week in advance. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm everything was still  scheduled, there was no answer so I left a message to have them call back and confirm.  I was never called back. At appointment time, no one was on site or had caled so I called again- another message. I get a call from the technician 30 minutes past the appointment time that he is running late, but would be there in thirty minutes. Minutes later I get a call from the office asking if the techncian is onsite. 
    The technician was neat and courteous, but did not have all the tools/parts required for the job. He left fto get the crimper tool that he needed and didn't come back for another 4 hours. 
    The job was completed to my satisfaction, and we have had no problems with the cable outlet.

    I called Omar after being stood-up by a big box store?s repair service.  I wasn?t sure I articulated what my issue was, but Omar was game to come out and look over my modest TV/DVD recorder set-up and troubleshoot.
    He had no trouble dealing with that issue, and I intended to have him come back to set up my Wi-Fi.  He was able to do that in two shakes, explaining the steps to me as he went.  I figured that as long as he was there and everything was being attended to I might as well have him troubleshoot a TV/component connection in the kitchen, which he was able to correct immediately.
    I am so relieved to have found Omar, who was prompt, personable and efficient.  After the first of the month I intend to schedule to have him come optimize my reception in one bedroom.  Finding competent, reliable people is always such a surprise and relief in these days of impersonal often subpar service.

    Jason's passion and expertise were obvious from the moment I called. I described the issues I was having with my 25+ year old audio speakers, and, instead of receiving a scripted lecture telling me to throw away my old technology and spend big bucks replacing it with new, Jason indicated the possible sources of the problem, and encouraged me to meet him at the store in 20 minutes. Turns out I called him on his cell phone, and he was at home, from where his growing business began.

    So, I met him at his new store, and he quickly opened up the speakers, tightened a few connections, and made my audio problems disappear. In the meantime, I found out he's a rare authorized dealer for KEF speakers. Plus, he showed me all kinds of ways to make music accessible throughout the house with minimal hassle...wireless systems with smart phone stuff.

    He was reluctant to charge me for what he considered to be an insignificant job. To me, it was huge.
