Our dogs were dropped off at 9 am and were ready at 2:30 pm. They looked good but were lethargic and acted drugged and traumatized the rest of the day. Very well, they clearly love animals and they are very skilled with them.

We have been taking him to Cindy Lou for several years, she was wonderful, and everybody there were wonderful. I would highly recommend them, their prices are very competitive, in fact the best prices I have encountered.They were very accommodating with my schedule, if I needed to come by earlier they were very accommodating. My dog looked great but got kennel cough after the visit and is still coughing and on antibiotics.

The workers are very nice & very friendly.  I schedule when the dogs need a cut & usually if I schedule a week in advance I can get the day I need to drop them off.
