    Love Dr. Wetzen and his practice. Office atmosphere is very inviting, staff are warm friendly, and always make me feel welcome. Dr. Wetzen is very caring and knowledgeable. He  thoroughly explained my treatment to me in a way that I could easily understand and I really felt like he cared about my overall well-being. I have been on treatment here for about two months now and I am definitely benefiting from the results. I was very happy to know that they offer financing, but I did not need to use it as they took my insurance. I highly recommend Dr Wetzen.

    I have had a membership since June of this year. I started with Ellen based on a yelp review. So glad I did! She is great. I have had massages at more expensive spas, but none was any better than Ellen. She always asks if you'd like to focus on any particular areas and addresses those. I always feel great when I leave. Ellen is a 10!

    Family Chiropractic of Springfield

    In search for a new chiropractor, I decided to check "Angie's List" and after seeing all of the "glowing" comments about Dr. Dolberg, I made an appointment for 8/17 to see him.  During my visit, he noticed that the toes on my left foot were discolored and STRONGLY recommended I see a physician as he was concerned that there may be a blood clot in my leg.  Thank God that he noticed this; on 19 August I went to Urgent Care and they transported me to Alexandria Hospital right away!  After numerous tests, it was determined that I had a blockage in my leg and surgery was done the next morning!  I don't even want to think of what the outcome may have been had it not been for Dr. Dolberg!!!  There are no words to express my gratitude to him!!!!!

    Dr. Dolberg and his staff are just THE BEST.....Kind, caring and compassionate people.  I feel so grateful to have found him and he will always be my "go to" chiropractor  : )  He is currently treating me for sciatica  : ) 

    There are a number of chiropractors closer to my home and I have been to a few of them, however, they cannot even begin to compare to Dr. Dolberg  : )

    Following knee replacement surgery, I developed sciatic nerve pain down left leg...surgeon says see a specialist, another MD...huh?
    I inquired as to this route and the Physical Therapist at the ortho clinic said. chiropractic! Best way!
    I now receive back and neck manipulation, separately, heat and electrical stimulation then the adjustments by the doctor using electronic pulses, electronic stimulation and manual adjustments on the pelvic area.
    I also receive a deep tissue massage( unexpected but great) once in three appointments.
    Best course of treatment I have had on my skeletal imperfections!
    I have had nearly a dozen appointments to date.

    I LOVE that you don't need an appointment, just walk in anytime and the wait time has never been more that 10 minutes.  He is open 7 days a week (Saturday and Sunday have limited hours).  The first visit is $75.00 and then $40.00 for each treatment thereafter, he does not accept insurance, but will give you a statement so that you can submit for reimbursement.  Yes, it probably sounds expensive, however, you can't put a price tag on feeling good again  : )  I am currently seeing him for a back problem  : )

    The Art of Massage
    Kim is extremely knowledgeable, and especially intuitive about which treatments will be most effective for the given day.  She has greatly alleviated my migraine headaches by limiting neck and shoulder tension which contribute, and my husband's range of motion is remarkably improved.  As well, Kim is an extremely kind, gentle and nurturing person, in whom we both have great trust!

    I just had a whole pile of stuff of mine and then I used them to look up stuff  to just keep because then I can share with family members somewhere else.  It is not cheap. I probably don't use as much as I used to use it. When I do want it, its available and I signed up for the whole big package. It can be linked to mine because I have a copy of the software as well but I haven't done that. You have a connection to a lot of other people that are doing stuff, like people that are always searching the same one. They are showing us pictures and stuff. And I can correspond with people on there. It gives me a certain measure of security that, you can send emails through them sort of like we do in Angie's List, so that I am not really sending out my email. It just goes through my account and it gives you a certain measure of security. If you want help with something, you can email them and they'll get some help.

    I completely agree with the other reviewer. My 3 year old have been attending this facility and the program is really going downhill. Classrooms are filthy and overcrowded. Teachers are so rude when they talk to the children. My child is learning bad language from the teachers every day. Both my wife and I have tried to talk to the program director number of times with no results. The director is like on some drugs; it's like talking to the wall. sHE ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING. She doesn't have the capabilities or experience to run the program.. a total incompetent. Their parking situation is a total joke. They have limited parking to begin with and some renovation is going on since last year. Parking spaces are blocked off with cones. Employees are allowed to park in the front parking lot where the parents should be parking to drop-off and pick-up the children. The employees should be parking on the back lot. During pickup times, I see people are leaving their cars with engine running to pick up or drop-off the kids and blocking the traffic. I am taking my child out of this "h***-hole". The State and FF county should look at this program /facility.
    IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT CHILD CARE PLACE, DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    Scheduling can be difficult, primarily because the staff is so good at what they offer their patients that people rarely cancel. They do, however, do whatever they can to initiate an initial evaluation and then plot a plan of care over a course of needed visits over time. Their scheduling is precise, to enable meeting demands of both the patient volumes and business practice needs, so timeliness and responsiveness matter significantly to them and you.

    Regarding their treatment approach - you won't be hooked to machines only and have to rely on support staff to move you through your care - it's a one on one situation. Care is specific to your situation, and will accordingly change as things improve (or not). Understanding your situation is important to them, and you will be the better for it. They do occasionally have visiting students (physical therapy and athletic training college students), that can be helpful but are not a supplemental intern/ free labor workforce. They are there to learn, observe, interact... but therapists are in control and ask if you are okay with their presence/ involvement on your case.

    Regarding the therapist I sought out for care - Anne Swoope is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and accommodating to a patient's needs/ desires. Her colleagues are equally friendly, knowledgeable and they genuinely get along and help one another. I originally read up on Anne's background via their website, as I was shopping around for a potential long-term relationship and was unhappy with a prior provider (office and business format issues, not with the lead therapist).

    The reception staff is always welcoming and efficient, even as their facility has grown to add staff over the last couple of years. Insurance and billing questions get handled well too. If they don't have an immediate, accurate answer... they get one and let you know. Good customer service one person at a time is hard to deliver in specialist healthcare these days.
