Custom Modular Homes, Custom Site Built Homes, Custom Remodeling. 37 years construction Experience. 32 years construction management 22 years as a licensed GC. I generally work within a hour drive of Strasburg Virginia. Some estimates I charge for or require a deposit. This is if I must draw plans or many hours of work are required. Most estimates I do not charge for. When I need to draw up plans I need to charge for that time and will apply this cost toward the project if I am hired. Only contact the phone number or email on my website. The experience thus far in Virginia has been a really good one. Happy to work with DIY clients. I also offer modular home owner builder packages. You can save some money without the risks involved with stick building. I have a cad design program and a 3D home design program. The 3D program is good for letting a client see what a project will look like before it is constructed. The CAD design program can display 3D but is less user friendly. My service area for projects would be NOVA as far out to Manassas and up to Ashburn and through the Northern Shenandoah Valley. At about a hour drive from Strasburg Virginia. I may travel farther for larger projects, just call to see if I am able to work on the project. The picture on the Angie's List website is of a remodeling project I completed. For now please go to my website to see pictures of projects. I am a General Contractor and work on larger projects and I also work on smaller projects. Sometimes small projects lead to larger projects. NOTE: I am lead paint RRP certified, thus, houses built before 1978 will be on a case by case basis for remodeling.

AThis-n-That Amish OutletThis n' That Amish Outlet Owner Steve Payne & his team made several site visits to our property over a 2-month period from the original estimate and planning phase through various stages up to and including project completion; they were closely involved with us and the project every step of the way. The basic building was delivered late on a Tues afternoon (24 Jun) and the project was completed by 9:00am on Thurs morning (26 Jun). It's abundantly clear the PA-based Amish people build high-quality products and their work ethic, attention-to-detail, and commitment-to-quality were all very evident as we watched them work diligently to add the 2nd story and the roof to the shed. We are very pleased with This n' That Amish Outlet's friendly and professional team (Steve, John, and Kelley), and their partnership with the Amish has resulted in us having a top-notch, attractive, and very functional finished product.
