DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I originally contacted Mr. Cunningham to design a farm building, but it turned out to be more than that. I had seen a Workshop/Greenhouse building he designed and built, and knew he drafted plans with AutoCad software. I needed working building plans to get a permit. My intention was to do the construction myself. We started from photos I took of a traditional horse barn. My program called for a multi-purpose farm building for equipment, livestock, and a manager's office. At our first meeting on-site, we quickly agreed on a basic building footprint of 56x48.
