It took a little longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after the installation, hauling the old windows and doors away. Excellent service and great prices. We had estimates from two other companies before we settled on Window Universe. We would absolutely use them again and refer any and all of our friends to them.

NEW WINDOWS. The process, starting with Dan Schweihs, was outstanding. Dan made everything SIMPLE (he goes by the Window Dog, but he’s more like the Candy Man for windows-everything was delightful; and no we’re not related). The price of a window should not be $1000! Dan worked with my wife and me for weeks perfecting our order without any push-back. Unheard of with window salesmen.
