    My son was charged $8 for a screw. On top of that he didn't tighten it (contrary to what he told my son) and the watch is now ruined with water damage (waterproof watch). The watch has a lot of sentimental value to my son. It belonged to my late husband and my son feels his father's presence when he wears it.

    When I first contacted YES, I was employed but looking to grow in my career. I had been applying to jobs over the course of about a year and a half, but I wasn���t getting any responses.     Can't get out of this facility fast enough. Stay away! Inconvenient! No carts available near the units anymore. No signs saying carts need to be signed out from the office. You need to turn over your license to get a cart. And since they have to be signed out, there are no carts available before or after office hours. Keypad doesn't always work right! Higher prices than the area! Rude staff. I told her there were no signs to get carts up front and she threw the pen onto the desk - obviously I touched a snowflake nerve! Lanes between buildings are barely big enough for 2 vehicles. If you're there first...you're good. If you're coming in, go the other direction. STAY AWAY!

    Before our move, we asked Troy if he knew how to move and set up a Sleep Number bed and he said"yes", he knew how to move the bed and set it back up. When he came to move us, he looked at the bed and said, "I have not seen one like this", and was asking me how he should disassemble the bed, I said to him, "You said that you knew how to move the sleep number bed, but if you need help disassembling it, I can call sleep number to give you instructions or I can find a video online for you. He responded, ���I got this,��� then he asked me to leave my bedroom room because he knew what he was doing and my standing there was only making him nervous. So I left the room, trusting that he knew what he was doing. Now I am upset that he refused to get the help that could have helped him to disassemble and assemble my bed correctly. On Thursday, February 28, 2019, I called Troy at We Move DMV regarding my bed because it is longer working. Screws are missing and it is out of alignment (off the rails) which has resulted in the remote not working. The bed was purchased for medical reasons and because he did not correctly assemble, I am not able to use it. I told him that I called Sleep Number and the cost for them to come out and troubledshoot the bed is $199.00. He mentioned that he could supply the screws that are missing. This issue is bigger than missing screws. He requested pictures which I agreed to send him. I sent him pictures as he requested and as of today March 12, 2019, he has not responded to my additional claim. He has blatantly ignored both my text and my email correspondences. As a result, I am writing this review to make others aware of the unsatisfactory service I received.

    RPMP's found the renter, screened them, and setup the lease. Overall, it went terrific and I really can't say enough good things about Jen R. She was really friendly, responsive and answered all of our questions. (We had a lot of questions!). On top of that, she went above an beyond to get our rental listed in various services and working through all the questions potential renters had. It took about a two weeks to find a renter and in the end we couldn't be happier with our tenant. We hit a home run and I won't hesitate to contact them again if and when we need to find a new tenant.
