    Basement Masters Waterproofing
Our sump pump was installed earlier than the original appointment date, and work was done quickly, professionally, and well. When there was residual dampness found at the follow up, the crew came back, assessed, and fixed the problem within a week. All communication during the hiring and work process was clear and professional. This is a solid company and crew with an excellent work ethic that knows their business.

    Advance Construction Concepts
I highly recommend Al and Advance Construction Concepts without hesitation. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I worked with Al to complete renovations on a 100 year old house, including two bathrooms, new floors and windows, building out a walk in closet, removing a wall and moving others to enlarge both bathrooms, adding recessed lights, plus some exterior work, and painting inside and out. Throughout, Al was very communicative and responsive, and was personally on site every day to oversee the work. He laid out a detailed proposal, and his prices are less expensive than other contractors. Because of this, I was able to accomplish more with my budget than I had anticipated. Al pays close attention to staying on budget and even cautions you when youre making expensive choices, such as fancy tile or fixtures. Also of note, the work was completed in 5 weeks, even though I added scope towards the end. This is not a company that you have to pester to finish the last 20 percent. Als attention to detail, good humor, and honest approach made the whole project and process enjoyable, and the end result is beautiful. I would happily work with Al and Advance again.

    Lakewood Home Builders Inc
This was our second job with Tim and Lakewood. Tim was prompt in his response to my inquiry and was out to the house to perform an estimate within days. He was able to pinpoint the problem with the leak behind shower wall and was able to thoroughly explain the best option for correcting and rebuilding it, being cost conscience. He also pointed out some major out of code, dated, things in both bathrooms, so we ended up getting two new ventilation fans which he ran up the house and out of the attic. We also needed our finished basement's carpet and padding replaced. He took measurments that day and informed me who we would use to get the carpet. Tim had the proposal to me within a week and once the contract was signed he had me scheduled a few weeks out. The bathrooms took just under a week. Tim was very interactive and communicative with his team and would come by to check on progress each day. I had a small issue with the spacing of some of the tile, Tim came out that day and took action to correct it. He also came back after the job had been completed when I noticed that the caulking around the bottom of one of the showers had mistakenly been done with the wrong color. He fixed this himself. We were relieved to have our bathrooms fixed and we were so happy with the work they did!

    Gus & Sons Home Services
Gus and Son's did a very good job. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to start the work and that I felt like I was the only customer (although I know they had other jobs). I had purchased a shower kit that I wanted installed, which required permitting, demo of old wall, building of new walls, and all the plumbing. I did the rest of the bathroom and finishing myself. The work they performed was accomplished quickly and well. I would definitely use them for a job like this again.

    The Pipe Doctor Plumbing Service
It went as easily from my end as it could have gone. Gary is the owner and that is who I dealt with on the phone and at the house. This was a difficult job as the service water line came out of the house and then took an 8 ft. dip down in the front yard, then up again to hook into the main water line at the street.. The 8 ft. fall is probably the reason that the pipe originally started leaking a long time ago, but it wasn't evident until we had water flowing down our front yard to the street. Gary had someone out that day to check out the situation and he had an estimate to me within a day. They needed to have Miss Utility mark our lines and so the work couldn't start until that was accomplished. No one had any idea that the line had fallen down the 8 ft. at this time. They began work on a Thursday and 3 men including Gary worked tirelessly all day until about 6-7pm. It started to rain with a large thunderstorm and they had to stop work. They returned on Friday morning and completed the job that day. I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and their willingness to address all of my questions. Inadvertantly the crew left some tools at the house and when I called and told them they arragnged to come out again to pick them up and to check an area I was concerned about. I would highly recommend the Pipe Doctor to anyone who needed plumbing work of any kind done.

Deska Foundation Repair and Basement Waterproofing
Deska had an engineer come out and then they had some technicians come in and epoxy inject the crack. The technicians were professional and clean. This was several months ago and we've had many rain storms since and I haven't had any issues!

    Munoz Construction LLC
Perfectly. Jose said they would be done in 4 days, they finished in 3 and a half. The guys were very nice, did a couple of extra things for me, too no charge. They came on time, said hello and just worked all day. Jose communicated often, and explained everything to me. Ill absolutely recommend them.

    C & C Plumbing
Chris is outstanding. I've hired Chris several times now at 2 different properties because he does quality work, takes pride in what he does, is a small business owner and is priced very fairly. In 2018 he came out on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend for an emergency hot water heater replacement and didn't charge an emergency fee like other plumbers wanted to do. He knows his plumbing trade, takes out a permit and the local gov't inspection takes < 5 mins because of the quality. I scheduled my hot water heater replacement back in July and it went smoothly in a small, 2nd floor utility room in a 1954 home. I later hired him for a main water shutoff valve replacement and also a hot water supply valve replacement in a bathroom vanity. He brings drop clothes and other supplies to ensure any mess is minimal. He's reliable, punctual and professional - and genuinely friendly. Scheduling with his wife (small family business and she runs the administrative part) is great.. she's super thorough, responsive (even off hours!) and a delight to work with. Chris and I even went to another property to check the hot water heater and he was truly honest and told me it didn't need replacement despite being 13 years old. If you hire Chris once, you'll use him for all of your plumbing needs thereafter!

My Plumber Heating Cooling & Electrical
Referred to My Plumber by an owner in another building. Dripping faucet and non-working guest shower. Part to fix the dripping was almost $250 and decided to just replace the old faucet. New faucet installed the same day and looks nice. Issa ordered the part needed to get the guest shower working. It was three days later when he returned (due to my needing to go into work), he had ordered the same part that the previous plumber, Gidders and Sons, had ordered the previous December. I always had hot and cold water. When Issa was done, there was no hot water. Not sure what Issa did, but he made the problem worse. I paid them in full, $1,054, the day the faucet was replaced, major, major mistake. Only a dishonest company insists on payment in full before the work is completed. Never, never pay for work not completed. Issa put the shower back together thinking it would be fun to only take cold showers. He used the previously purchased part to put the shower back together and took the newly purchased part ($358) with him when he left. The receipt that I received that night was $30 higher with no credit for the part that Issa removed after I had paid for it and did not need it. 3,000 miles away this week and maintenance at my condo called to let me know that there is a leak in my unit. Serious enough to get their attention and horrified as I will not be home until Friday night and they cannot find the key to my unit. Whatever damage is caused, it means praying that My Plumber will do the right thing and cover all the costs. Cannot believe that this company would scam and financially hurt a single female. They now have 100% of my money and left me with a mess that is most likely not only damaging my unit, but damaging the units beneath me.

After an initial exchange of emails and phone calls, Elliott came on short notice and did the job. However, after he left I discovered problems with both jobs. I called him, and he promised to return the next evening. Not only did he not do so; he ignored by further phone messages
