    Excellent! A Travelers rep got back to me immediately after my call and had an adjustor onsite one day, following. The Travelers adjustor was professional, friendly, and he took great care in evaluating the situation and in dealing with it in a very fair and customer oriented way. I actually commented to him that he seemed to be very happy in his work. He agreed. I really felt as though Travelers had my back on this problem.

    I contacted --  iHealthbrokers ---whom I found on Angies List.    Mr. Jimmie Needles was entirely professional and courteous.   He answered all my questions.    It took the pressure off of me looking for health insurance to fit my needs as well as my budget.    I had retired and needed health insurance to start in June,   It is all done, thanks to Mr, Needles of -- iHealthbrokers--.   I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs.

    I waited until the last minute to address the health changes in my policy due to Obamacare changes. I waited too long to explore options with my existing provider and when I did, I didn't like what they were requiring and didn't know where to turn. They wanted me to change my email address, which I didn't want to do, but their setup required it to avoid possible mistakes, according to the rep I spoke with. I looked on Angie's list for a new provider and found Jimmy Needles. I emailed him and he jumped right into action. He answered all my questions, offered insurance that provided all I asked for, and for a lesser price than my prior insurance provider. He processed all my paperwork, did all the heavy lifting, and turned my crisis into a sigh of relief. Jimmy Needles is very committed, action-oriented, promptly answered all my emails - even those outside of normal work hours. He's he best!

    I love being one of Anh���s clients.  A couple of years ago I had a car accident, someone brushed up against me on the freeway scraping my right front bumper and just kept on going.  I was so stunned that I didn���t get the license number or anything.  Anh and her staff were kind and consoling���.it was a new car.  They helped me file an uninsured motorist claim, and all went smoothly, the repair was made and life was once again on course. 

    Anh also is providing me with financial planning advice.  I wanted to retire but was unsure if I could manage on what I had saved.  She walked me through the assessment process, and then with input from State Farm investment planners we discovered I was sitting pretty.  I will be retiring this Nov, and thanks to Anh and State Farm I am not worrying about finances as this life changing event approaches.  Anh has shown me if I stick to the plan we made, I will be quite comfortable in retirement.  She is also ensuring that I plan what steps I need to take as I retire, such as how and when to move my 401K after retirement. 

    I have a small ROTH IRA with another financial institution.  Anh called them for me and after asking tons of questions she recommended that I leave that account as it was, and not move it to a State Farm investment account.  She is not just drumming up business for State Farm���s Bank and Investment groups and she is clearly not in business just to make money, she is truly interested in helping people.  She regularly hosts social get-to-gethers for her clients and staff to catch up and keep up with their lives. This month it is a picnic at one of the city parks.Anh has gone out of her way to help me, I am very glad I chose to work with her.  I would recommend her to any of my family, friends, or business accquaintences.

    It was easily accepted and was good for some services(routine care and wisdom tooth removal) that year, but had poor coverage for the braces we were considering and its interaction with our tax-deferred plan was very poor: electronic contact between the two services was never accomplished and I spent a lot of unnecessary time shuttling papers back and forth.  It was not worth my time to renew it.

    I have been a faithful GEICO insurance policy holder (car, home, umbrella) for several years. I originally switched to them because they offered a much lower premium than my previous provider. I have been very happy with the service I've received from GEICO for my car insurance. I had an accident a year or so ago and they were efficient, pleasant, and comprehensive in dealing with my claim. Their contracted repair place was very convenient and did a great job. About a month ago I took advantage of their AWESOME service to repair windshield chips. I have used this a few times before over the years, and they will come right to your house to make the repair -- and it doesn't cost anything!!! This time I was especially impressed because I was on a cross-country road trip, and literally called GEICO from somewhere in California (I live in Virginia), and they guided me to the repair place just a few minutes away, and were able to schedule me right away to get the chip nipped in the bud. Finally, another thing I really love about GEICO is how easy it is to manage your policy online. I've made a number of changes to my policies over the years, including changing coverage or deductible levels, etc., and it is instantaneous, with adjustments made in your premiums right away. I would highly recommend GEICO to others for car insurance.

    The collision center's tow truck showed up the next morning and transported the car (which now didn't start) to the collision center.
    However, the collision center didn't look at our car for several days, and then declared it a total loss because of corrosion due to an accident-caused battery leak.  I strongly suspect that if the car had been looked at earlier, they would have been able to repair the car and get us back on the road in a couple days, saving us the ordeal that was to come.
    Next we were contacted by the Geico adjuster, who tried to convince us that our car was worth far less than it's actual value -- a quick perusal of the detailed estimate indicated that the adjuster had completely missed major features of our particular car, including inaccuracies in both the trim level and model, not to mention had under-estimated the condition of car components -- for example claiming pitting on a windshield less than a couple months old -- and the lack of wipe patterns in the windshield indicating that he probably hadn't actually checked it surface.   Further there were inappropriate comparables in the CCC estimates (cars that hadn't been for sale for months, for example).   I provided him with corrections to the estimate and didn't hear from him again for a few weeks, despite repeated calls and even my insurance company representative calling his supervisor.
    When I did hear from him, he had made some of the corrections requested, but still failed to produce an accurate assessment of the condition of the car pre-damages, ultimately ending with an estimate that was more than a thousand under what I think the worth should have been.
    At this point, I took the offer -- he was clearly willing to drag the claim out as long as possible, and longer than I was.
    Overall, I do not feel that Geico representatives made much effort to be fair or timely in their handling of my claim.

    As a first time homebuyer, I have found that the process of getting homeowners insurance is not something that is cut and dry.  I asked several people what I needed to have on my policy and everyone came back with the same answer- with multiple variables involved, it's hard to reference a "template" of what a decent policy looks like and theoretically what it should cost. I also travel frequently for work and am generally short on time like the rest of us. So I went with easy- the same insurance carrier that I have been with the past 10 years (auto policy) trusting them to provide me with a decent quote/policy. Once I had the new quote in hand, I mentioned the price to my realtor and her reaction was that it was a little on the pricey side.  So, to compare with one other carrier I was recommended Josh Levine at Capital Benefits. Josh took my current policy/quotes and not only pointed out how poor my auto insurance coverage was (I was led to believe I had excellent coverage) but he got me a new quote, home and auto SEVERAL hundred dollars less than I currently had set up, increased my coverage so that my assets and I are protected in case of an event, made sure I understood the verbiage and policy bells and whistles such as the value of replacing a TV for what it is worth today vs. the depreciated amount.  Everything was turned around with lightening speed, there was no pressure to commit, and once I did decide to switch it was done literally with 3 clicks on my laptop.  I dealt with the same person through the entire process (a new experience) and he has been reachable and responsive through the Sandy aftermath and the Thanksgiving holiday. The entire process was excellent- incredibly fast, efficient, convenient, and straight to the point.

    Craig Griffith State Farm Insurance
    Have had State Farm for over 26 years in 3 states.  This is the only agent that is impossible to get quick responses from.  A month now of calling and NO policy, No written bill.  The person we are referred to is not willing to do more than promise something in a few days.  WRONG Agent for sure.  The previous agent in New York accomplished everything in a very quick professional manner.  We arent even allowed to speak with Baxter Griffith so don't know anything about him.  Just told we can't talk with him. There are many agents in this area and this is not one to go to.

    The customer service was deplorable throughout my experience.  While the company's phone system claims that customer's are the priority and commits to return phone calls within 24 hours, this is not the case.  Not one time, were any of my phone calls returned.  The only way I received any service was when the representative assigned to my claim happened to answer her phone.
