Both jobs were overseen by Leo, who did great work and was extremely helpful when we discovered we'd forgotten something or didn't have enough of XYZ because the pandemic slowed shipping down. AI highly recommend AIVI Global as they are one of the best companies that I’ve hired in years. I worked with Stephanie (who is incredibly professional, smart, honest, amiable and most importantly, creative) to install Christmas lights for the first time at my new home. I had absolutely no idea re what kind of design I wanted and boy, am I glad that Stephanie had a great vision for the project. She took ample time to give me several options while making sure that I was always pleased with my final choice. Stephanie was kind enough to help me determine which items to purchase for the project (lights, extension chords, etc) and she actually went to the store on three separate occasions to make sure that I got the correct items. The first time she went with me to Home Depot. The second and third time she was my proxy and shopped (beautifully) on my behalf. Simply put, she is a creative genius! I couldn’t believe my eyes once she was finished with the decorations and neighbors tell me daily “your home is beautifully decorated!” I couldn’t be happier and I owe it all to Stephanie (and her amazing crew) for helping to make what has been a very tough and challenging season bright. AMy spouse and I had a positive customer experience with Protect Your Home and ADT! We chose their base security offer, and added on a fire detector and carbon dioxide monitor. It’s nice that our German Shepherd doesn’t set off the motion alarms on this system. It happened all the time with our old equipment from our former security provider.

DThe tech recommended I have the wheel blower cleaned. He was going to clean it with a chemical solution. I brought another smaller company whom my friend recommended and he said if the wheel blower is dirty that means the coils are dirty as well. I ended up hiring the guy to take out the parts outside and wash the dirt out with water and a chemical solution. It took him over 6 hours to clean both parts and put them back together. He said the amount of dirt and build up took at least 4 yrs to accumulate. CroppMetcalf have been doing the maintenance the past 7 years and they never said anything until now and only the wheel blower. Now the system is working very well and efficiently and the tenants can feel the difference.
