  • The service was exceptionally performed by Ryan, the technician. He was very polite and professional, he explained everything he did and gave me some pointers on operating the system. Will definitely hire again and highly recommend the company.

  • Wanted to get my fireplace cleaned and inspected since nothing had ever been done to the fireplace to my knowledge. Wammoth was prompt to respond to my request and gave me a 2 hour window and actually showed up at the beginning of that 2 hour window. Technician Ryan was very knowledgeable and showed me several things about my fireplace that I had no idea about. Very courteous, very professional, and my fireplace looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Wammoth.

  • We hired Boss Design to remodel our kitchen/family room, foyer, laundry room, bathrooms, and bedrooms after we purchased our house last summer (2017). Not only was the design perfect, the actual execution of getting the project done was flawless. The team of contractors (electrician, plumber, tile, paint, drywall, etc.) that they use were all so very skilled and wonderful to work with. Sean and Talha are true professionals in every sense and highly recommend them to anyone. We look forward to using them again for our future projects!

  • We worked with Boss Design to do our house remodel in 2017. This was a major complete remodel that included plumbing, electric, structural changes to the house, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, tile, cabinets, baseboards, paint, windows, doors, garage, audio, additional space and cabinets, practically everything about the house changed. The result is a brand new home. Talha - the designer who is great and his team - and I wish I could give each person a recognition in here but they know who they are ( project manager Taha, Ozz Office team, designers, plumber team, electrician team, tile, doors, baseboards, cabinets, insulation, framer, floors, stairs, counter tops, everyone did an excellent job. The project was very well managed and because they had a full team for every job as the project progressed the hand off from one team to the other went very well. We had eight inspections during the project for each phase All passed with no problems. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Boss design again without any question. Their experience in remodeling really made a difference to finish our project in a timely manner. They knew what they were doing and doing it well. Juan kept a very close and passionate eye on the project. Taha managed it really well. Everyone we had contact with from Boss Design was professional, personable, patient, attentive and a pleasure to do business with. They gave us very good guidance and at times when something was not done correctly, they were the first ones to show it to us. Juan is a very passionate person for his work and team's work. His project manager Taha is super experienced and very responsive and manages his team very well. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent. We are very happy that we worked with Boss Design. The result is a great house that everyone who sees it loves. I usually do not give recommendations easily but for Boss Design I HIGHLY recommend them and we personally won't do another remodel without them. Thank you Boss Design Center!

  • Stay away from All Gas Concepts and its owner Scott. After a regular fireplace maintenance, they said we needed to replace the pilot. After the botched pilot assembly and on a second brief use, the fireplace glass blew up. Not only the owner Scott took zero responsibility, he became rude, angry and demanded additional $650 to replace the glass. He eventually stopped communicating with us and never refunded us for the terrible job they did ($500). Now, we are faced with hundreds of dollars in repairs. Do not use them!

  • I use Angie's List exclusively and researched several companies before deciding on Yeager based on responsive call backs and most competitive price. Bill was absolutely outstanding - on time (sometimes hard to do because prior jobs run over), fixed everything, and cleaned up a long overdue fireplace service. The price & quality was superb. I will definitely use Yeager again when time for next service.

  • When I called to set up an appointment on January 3rd, I talked to a very nice woman who said that she would pass on my information to one of their techs. She did warn me that they would call me, but that it may be the next day because they are overwhelmed with calls. The following day, I got a call from Ron who sounded like he had just woken up from a nap and was highly confused. He told he that he had a bunch of jobs in the Alexandria area, but that he was only going to come up when he could get them all done. He said he would call me and let me know when he would be coming once he got calls back from everyone. That was Wednesday. I received no follow up phone calls until Friday. He called and, again, sounded very confused. He told me that, "obviously I didn't get there yesterday." And he wanted to know if he could make an appointment for Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday when at 3:30, I still hadn't received a phone call to let me know when he was coming by. I called to find out what was going on. He told me that his job is extremely unpredictable and that he really couldn't tell me when he'd be coming by. It would have been helpful to know this information from the beginning. He said he had two other jobs before some but that he would call when he was on his way. 5pm there's a knock on my door. No phone call, nothing. Just shows up, smelling up my condo with cigarette smoke. He then proceeded to "clean and service" my fireplace. Basically he dusted off the logs. The only helpful thing he did was tell me he has detected a leak. When I asked if he could fix the leak, he told me that these units don't get fixed, they get replaced. I asked an approximate as to what they cost. He said $1400. So I just paid $199 to had a guy dust my fireplace and tell me it has a leak. Follow up: The owner reached out to me tonight to harass me about my post. He said that I left out detail about the conversation we had. He didn't note that my review was prior to his call. He then started putting me down and judging me without even knowing me. "Without even seeing you I can tell your single overweight and have a hatred for men." "We aren't your slave your neighbors even know about you they talked about you." (Note, I am new to the neighborhood and know two of my neighbors.) I screen shot another harassing email he sent to a different client and received this as a response, "Why don't you go out trying to make some friends or something instead of trying to hurt people's businesses." Angie's List, I assume you wouldn't condone someone who harasses previous clients, a month and a half after the post, and at 9:45pm. Perhaps he needs to be checked out.

  • Bill Watson, the company owner, not only diagnosed the initial problem we had that was caused by a improper repair by another company, but he spotted a crack in our burner (which the other company had missed) which was leaking gas and could have led to a catastrophic explosion. Bill literally saved me and my family. He calmly and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and everthing that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I have learned the hard way that when it comes to a complex gas system like a fireplace, to only go with the best company that specialized in this area. That's Wammoth Services.

  • CSM was outstanding. Highly recommended. Luis brings a strong eye for design and a true customer focus, and his crews do high quality work that they stand behind. We have a midcentury modern home that's been redone in a contemporary style. So it was important to us that the patio and outdoor kitchen fit with the design of the house and neighborhood. I spoke to several other companies before meeting Luis. His ability to understand what we were looking to do, improve upon the ideas we had, and adapt his process to fit our needs set CSM apart. For example, the bluestone patio and masonry walls needed to match an existing patio and pool and his crew went to three different quarries to find the exact match. They dug the patio footing by hand to minimize disruption to the existing landscape and trees. The carpenter he brought in to build the ipe fence went to extraordinary care to ensure the lines were consistent all the way around. The outdoor kitchen includes a 700 lbs brick oven on top of a quartz countertop. They figured it out. They've done work at my home on three separate occasions and in each case, the crews were highly skilled, very attentive to my family's situation (e.g., cleaning up, working around schedules, finishing in time for a party, etc), and Luis is always on top of the details of the job - effectively supervising and communicating the status and what comes next. I've had experience with good contractors and bad contractors - CSM is a great contractor.

  • I wanted to pass along my recommendation of Luis Figueroa and his hardscaping team for the work they completed on our very steep back yard. Luis is extremely creative with his design. His reliable, artistic, hard-working team implemented an amazing stacked stone fire pit, flagstone patio, several sets of stone steps, retaining walls, a gaming bed, lighting, and more. Prices are reasonable (we got several estimates) and they are willing to work within your budget. Their work is detail-oriented, and the team is reliable, hard working, and pleasant. They were perfectionists with their craft and went above and beyond to make us happy. Also, they started when they said they would and completed the project on-time and within budget. I have truly never seen anyone work so hard! This project went extremely well and we are so pleased with the final outcome. We were so pleased that we hired them again for more work in our front yard!
