    Metropolitan ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery
I had my initial visit where Dr. Saidi evaluated my sinus issues and determined it was more allergy induced over true sinus issues. We scheduled an allergy test in January. I had the test and the nurse was excellent. She discussed every step of the procedure with me. Answered all my questions. Was very pleasant. She showed my results to me and verified that I am allergic to ALL allergens they test for. Some worse than others but basically I am allergic to all of Virginia! She gave me several informational packets and discussed with me my treatment options. I have opted for allergy shots. Within 10 days of my decision to get shots, the serums were ready and I have taken my first round of allergy shots. On that day another nurse greeted me and continued with the same thorough care and explanation. I look forward to seeing them every week and hope the treatment is a success. But it won't really be known for some time now due to the nature of the shots.

    Metropolitan ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery
I was very pleased with the fact that they offered ( and even insisted on) a free consultation and trial appointment, where I could discuss everything with the person performing the procedure and try it on a little area and see how it goes.
I did have some problems with the procedure, actually, but mu guess is my skin is just too sensitive. I developed an itchy rash after the last procedure, however it happened once, then two times it did not happen, then it happened again. I am allergic to lots of ingredients in cosmetics, and my guess is, it might have been a matter of the technician applying sunscreen after the procedure, because I was wearing shorts that day. So I still gave them an A because these issues come from my personal sensitivities, and are not a reflection on the services provided. She did ask me what exactly I am allergic to, but it is a long list of unpronounceable chemical stuff, so I unless I have it with me I can't repeat all that))))
The treatment itself was effective, and I am happy with the results.
They price was really good, they sell a package that makes great value per session. She also told me about a special that was happening next week, so I got an extra discount for waiting a bit.
The staff is always polite and nice, the office is welcoming, and the wait times are not bad, even though I always wait for at least 10 minutes.
Overall, I am quite happy with them, I like that it is not a salon, but an actual clinic, so they have all kinds of professionals there.
despite some unpleasant experiences, I am willing to stick with them.

    Metropolitan ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery
While it took me a little while to get on the appointment calendar with Metro (about 2 and a half weeks), I was always able to get a convenient appointment after that . The staff worked hard to get me in for a pre-surgery consult after I had to cancel my first one at the last minute due to getting a stomach flu. It was particularly impressive as the doctor was going to be out the week before my operation and it was hard to find a time in his schedule.
I was impressed that Dr. Swamy listened carefully to my concerns and did not try to push any particular procedure. He discussed procedures that would probably cure my snoring but did not object at all when I declined that treatment. He took time to consult with me on the cosmetic procedure so that I felt confident of the outcome. I think it really pays off to be an informed patient and take your time to decide what's best for you. If I had not done some research on the anti-snoring procedure, I might not have known to decline it (at least at this time). However, all I had to do was raise a concern with Dr. Swamy and he quickly acceded, which is not always the case with surgeons.
I got thorough information from the office staff (thanks Cynthia and Desiree) and they were very courteous and sympathetic. It was very helpful to get my post-op prescriptions ahead of time so that I could have them ready, instead of my husband having to rush around to fill them right after the surgery.
Appointments were quite punctual. I think the most I waited was ten minutes before being ushered to the exam room, and perhaps ten minutes before the doctor came in. Their waiting room is comfortable and has a nice water cooler and cups available. The only reason I rate them a B for the environment is they have a and quot;in-houseand quot; medical information channel playing, which is sometimes of interest and sometimes annoying. But I didn't see pitches for services, like at some other providers, so good for them!

    Metro ent
He called that night to make sure I was all right. The surgery was made a little easier because they do not stuff both nostrils with a pound of gauze. The post-op care was great and he even apologized when he was late one day. No doctor has ever acknowledged that my time was important too. I was one or two more appointments and I will be done. We will see in the coming months if I need allergy drops or just allergy pills. I have not had to go the ER since I started seeing him. I can now breathe from my nose which I have not been able to do in 9 months.

Fairfax ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery
I had surgery and it went well. There was more that needed to be done than originally planned; one of those things where you have to get in there and look at it, so Dr Egan talked to my wife and there were minor additions made to the initial surgery plans. Dr Egan explained in detail what was going on and what he recommended to my wife. I have been good since the surgery 2 months ago. I am breathing much better and am following his post operation instructions. Dr Egan set out the post op plan of how many visits to expect and what you can and can't do while you heal. Also, he called me the day after surgery to see how I was and reviewed with me what he did since there was more than planned. Overall great experience and recommend you make appointment if you are having sinus issues. The surgical center in Fairfax is great, no issues and friendly staff.

    Nathan, Dr. Michael J.
Each time I needed to make an appointment with Heather Condon the staff at her office were able to get me in within a couple of days. They are friendly and professional. Heather Condon ran a round of tests to eliminate possibilities and then started a treatment plan, which in time, helped minimize my allergy headaches, sinus and ear infections. She is patient and very knowledgable. Highly recommend her!

I have been going to Metro ENT for the past two years. They are always friendly and normally see me close to my appointment time. They seem to be good with adults and children alike. I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time (usually a matter of days, always less than a week). I have been an ENT patient all my life and I have felt very comfortable and confident in metro ENT.

    Mrzljak, Dr. Vesna
Dr. Mrzljak is very thorough, very patient and has good sense of humor. It seems like she is extremely knowledgeable. I went to her couple of years ago after being to couple of other doctors who made me worse and when I went to her she cured me after the first visit. Now I absolutely go back to her if I have any kind of ear, nose or throat issues and I don't mess around going to other clinics.

    Swamy, Dr. Ravi S.
He does a good job. He spends time to discuss the condition. He meets me at my appointment and it was a good time to go over and pick up the results for my sons allergy test. He explained everything that was going on and what to do next. He does Ears, Nose, Throat and allergy medicine. His staff does a good job as well. He has good bedside manner.

    Nathan, Dr. Michael J.
Dr. Conner and Dr. Nathan own the practice together. They both are satisfactory. They have research stuff and they have two offices. They are both very convenient to where I live and I have been to both offices. They have basically no waiting time. Generally speaking, I went to the doctor, and he got the problem fixed. I couldn't ask for more. The billing and administration part was interesting because the last time I was in there, I was supposed to pay them $30 but they inadvertently charged me 30 cents. I'm waiting to see if they catch that out because it came up on my credit card as 30 cents. Actually they are the only ENT people around here. I had actually been to that office about 10 years ago, and the doctor I saw at that time was no longer there.
