    I made an appointment over three weeks prior to the Dec. 27th appointment I received. I picked that particular week because it is the slowest week of the year for my work which requires an unblemished appearance and the procedure I was seeking would temporarily put black spots on my face. On Dec. 12th, I received a phone call asking to change the appointment to earlier in the day which I agreed to. Then on Dec. 21st, I received a call from the doctor's office telling me they were cancelling my appointment and that the doctor would only be available that week on Dec. 26th. That was a day I had already booked a non-refundable ticket to return home for the holidays. It appears that the doctor has more than enough patients so that cancelling on a long-standing appointment that was agreed upon for a specific time frame doesn't bother her. If that is not the kind of treatment you would like, I urge you to try a more reliable doctor.

    Dr. Wolfe is one of the friendliest, warmest doctors I have ever had. She takes tons of time with you, and answers all your questions; she even went into a lot of detail on how to get a new prescription cheaply by ordering it from a certain pharmacy. She offered to take off a spot I've had on my nose for years right then and there. My old dermatologist would not consider doing this without a new appointment with the doctor in their practice who did that type of thing, who would then schedule yet another appointment for the actual removal.

    Excellent! Dr. Dronavalli was very nice and patient, and alleviated all of my concerns. I went back on numerous visits for continued treatment and each time I had the same pleasant experience. The receptionists were also very pleasant. They are very busy with patients checking in, checking out, calling in, and other administrative issues so a little patience recognizing this goes a long way. They were very friendly, I've never had problems making appointments, and I've never had to wait long for a visit. I highly recommend this practice and I actually have, to my mother, who is also an extremely happy patient.

    The appointment was made a couple of weeks out but the reason for this was explained to me by the person booking appointments and was reasonable as it isn't an emergency problem.  Dr. Aria and the nurse came in promptly and explained what they planned to do clearly. Dr. Aria also seemed to take my related questions in stride and gave me very good information. She offered a treatment for one thing at that visit which I really appreciated. It involved a co- payment on my part with my insurance, so the office researched it promptly and informed me exactly what the charges would be. Dr. Aria did the treatment and let me clearly know what to expect and when to have the treatment repeated. I delayed setting up a return visit due to other personal visits. The staff was very pleasant about this. As it turns out, the one treatment improved my issue very much and I haven't made a return appointment yet.  I think Dr. Aria listened well and offered clear explanations. I will certainly return to her in the future.

    The first visit was okay, but the directions the doctor gave me for handling my problem, and the directions listed on the
    2 prescriptions  I picked up later at the pharmacy were very, very different (conflicting).  This confused me, but on our next visit, we
    were able to alleviate the confusion.  The doctor was pleasant  but it's  his responsibility to make sure any written instructions to the
    patient are both  clear and correct.  However, I believe he's competent and i would return if I needed to do so in the future.

    She is excellent. I had skin cancer and she diagnosed it. She recommended me to a plastic surgeon to take care of it because it was on my face and now you cannot even see it now. I'm very lucky to have her. I have been a patient with her for about 4-5 years now.

    What a disappointing experience. After doing a lot of research, decided to try Dr. Appiah's office. I called and made an appointment for her. I had to call and reschedule, and they were flexible about doing so and told me I would see Dr. Appiah herself.
    When I arrived, the staff were somewhat short (e.g. no eye contact, gave me some papers, on the phone) I'm wiling to give people some leeway, but it got worse. A woman that checked in before me asked whether there was a restroom. The staff person was short and when she asked if she would need a key, the staff member just shook her head. No verbal response.
    While the woman was gone, a nurse came out and called her name. I noted that she had left to use the restroom. When she came back from the restroom, none of the staff members even asked her name or told her that she had been called (there were three of us in the room at that point, so it was obvious she was the one called). Finally after a few minutes, I told her and quot;I think they called your nameand quot; and same staff member said and quot;Oh. yeah. Just a secand quot; and called in the back.
    For my actual appointment (which was at 2:45 and I finally was brought back at 3:15) I was told to undress and wait for the doctor to come in.
    There was a knock at the door and surprise! Unknown male doctor comes in and introduces himself. He rapidly performs an exam, talking to me throughout and then turns to the nurse and notes the medical code of what he is going to do. He leaves the room.
    She turns and provides me with a sheet to sign and says and quot;don't get wet for 24 hours.and quot; I stop her and ask if she can explain what is about to happen since the doctor did not. She briefly explains that they're going to do a biopsy of two moles and send them out for testing.
    The doctor comes back in, and to his credit was very nice and friendly and explained what was happening while it happened.
    On the way out, I noted to the staff member that I would have appreciated being notified if I was going to be seen by a different doctor (especially given the gender difference). She, true to form, again said with no intonation and quot;I didn't do that. I'm sorry. I'll let someone know.and quot; Just a little funny given their extremely strict cancellation policies that they would provide me no notice of this and quot;bait and switch.and quot;
    Overall, I don't know how the treatment will turn out, but the staff clearly has no desire to make it a positive experience and once I get my test results, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    From my wife: Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Aria is great on all counts - personable, professional, caring, knowledgeable and all the things you look for in a great medical services provider. She took a biopsy of a spot and that went well as she told me exactly what to expect during the process. I felt confident the entire time. We will definitely make Dr. Nancy Aria our go-to dermatologist.

    The appointment went well. I arrived a bit early as the website advised that the office could be hard to find. I waited briefly in the waiting room/lobby and again in the exam room. Scan was thorough and efficient. Dr. Aria and staff were very approachable and responsive.
