    Capps, Dr. David
David Kapps and Kat Whitechurch are first-rate Charlatans, who try to give you medical advice but are unqualified, both in skill, education, and practice, to do so. They will ruin your quality of life. Kapps spends 10 minutes with you while charging your insurance 150$ along with your co-pay of $30. In the first visit, he will show you a video of actors who state that the chiropractor work helps them live better lives. I beg to differ. After the sixth session with Kapps, I developed a numbness and lack of sensation in my pelvic region as well as an inability to walk comfortably. I would wake up at night with either quick sharp pin-like leg pains or creepy crawlies, and I have not been able to get comfortable in bed since. I went to a real doctor who told me that I had a pinched nerve in the back and traumatic arthritis of the knee, both of which are not medically treatable by a chiropractor. When you tell Kapps you want to see a doctor, he tries to refer you to someone he knows, presumably so that doctor can tell you that continued chiropractic sessions are good for an arthritic knee and a pinched back nerve. Kat Whitechurch is no different. After asking you to sign a form agreeing that you will not ask for a handjob, she will sit there for 15 minutes trying to medically diagnose your symptoms. This is not surprising. Prior to the session, her frail husband (who wants you to think he is a Marine based on what he says) will sit in the waiting room and stare you down, with Kats child, who will impress you (for a five year-old) with words that describe pieces of a gun, such as chamber and pin. If this is not enough for you to decide that you should probably find a more professional massage therapist, her practice will. She pushed down so **** ** my pectoral muscle (which I told her was sore) that I needed to seek the advice of a medical professional, who now has me in physical therapy to increase the range of motion in my shoulder. She had the nerve to charge me for the session too. While these two talk a good game, you will pay not only with your money, but also with whatever quality of life you have left. Seek medical advice and treatment, even if that advice involves the use of surgery or drugs to cure your pain and restore your quality of life. It gets worse with these two.

    The Physical Therapy Zone
I went for treatment for about 2 months, mostly 2 times, sometimes once a week. I did physical exercises at the facility that were very helpful and instructions on how to do some of them at home. I also received laser and electric stimulation treatments. At discharge, my problem was 98% effectively treated. I have no more pain and have regained mobility in my right arm. The staff at Physical Zone are friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to go there for treatment.

    Franconia Chiropractic Center
Dr. Suleman is a very talented chiropractor. I go to him regularly. When I had a broken foot, but didn't know, he was able to find the fracture using a tuning fork to locate the area of inflammation and tissue disruption around the break, a country doctor trick he knew. He then recommended I get an x-ray promptly. The location of the fracture was exactly correct.

    Alexandria Back and Neck Center
Had a really good experience here. Staff was courteous and the team was prompt with service. Will likely go back as needed, though personal preference would be for a combination of adjustment and massage therapy as opposed to purely adjustments.

    Holistic Touch
If you have a persistent health issue that acupuncture might help, give it a try! I have had at least 80% reduction in symptoms, plus I feel generally healthier / more energetic than I have in a decade.

    Sunshine Physical Therapy
After just ONE visit, I walked out 80% better! And it stayed that way. Two more visits, and I'm to where I just get an occasional twinge. Dr. Afifi knew just what to do...and it worked! Cannot recommend him highly enough!

    Kingstowne Child Care
We absolutely adore Mamoda! Our daughter started with Mamoda when she was 3 months old (over a year now), and from the beginning, it felt like a perfect fit. Mamoda is very patient and attentive, treating each child as if they are her own. At pick up, she updates us with how our daughters day went and sends texts/pictures throughout the day. Her home is clean and in a safe neighborhood. Mamoda has been very flexible and accommodating with respect to our work schedules and pick-up/drop-off times. We are moving out state and if we could take her (and her whole family) with us we would! She is the most amazing and nurturing caregiver anyone could ask for. She has become part of our family and such an important part of our lives. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a caregiver!

    Fawzai's Infant & Toddler DayCare
Both of my kids love Fawzai and have thrived in her care. As a first time Mom, I was terrified of leaving my tiny infant with a stranger, but Fawzai instantly put me at ease. She is warm, caring, and something of a child expert, having been in the business for a long time. It's clear that she treats the kids in her care as if they were her own babies. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for childcare. She has set up her beautiful townhouse so that the full bottom floor and backyard are dedicated to the kids, complete with a rotation of age-appropriate toys, children-friendly decorations, and safe, separate spaces for sleeping and playing. As an added bonus, she sends us picture texts of our son throughout the day: wonderful when I'm at work and missing the little guy!

    Fawzai's Infant & Toddler DayCare
Fawzai has been taking care of my son since he was 5 months old and she is fantastic. My son is excited to see her everyday and he is a happy little man when we pick him up in the evening. She has been great working with our work schedules and flexible with pick up times.

    Lbn Colon
LBN Colon in Alexandria, Va. is the place to go to, if you're looking for an establishment that is certified and has highly experienced staff in colon hydrotherapy. Mylene, the owner and chief operator of LBN Colon has over 45 years of experience and is certified by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). She has even taught this life changing therapy to a multitude of professionals. What's even better is that Mylene personally attends you and performs the entire colon hydrotherapy procedure for you for the entire time. She takes great care to ensure a thorough procedure is performed every time. Mylene is a lifesaver for me. I am currently seeing her for colonics a couple of times a week and have started feeling better after so many years of feeling unwell, tired and sick. I highly recommend anyone who is suffering from chronic health problems to pay a visit to Mylene at LBN Colon and for starters have a consultation. Even more so, if you know that you have stomach and colon related issues, then it would serve you to go to the very best for this revitalizing therapy. Also, she is exceptionally reasonably priced.
