Drywall Repair reviews in Aldie

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Painter arrived on time and completed the job in the timeframe expected. Did an excellent job covering everything to insure no mess with dried drywall joint compound or paint splatter. Ceiling looks like new. No indication of prior ceiling water damage at all. Cost of the completed job matched the estimate, no hidden scope changes.

  • Fantastic! Final results were better than I had imagined. Work was completed professionally and quality was incredible. I was very pleased with communication at all times. My crew worked together very well. Sinean Top, Jose and Jonathan were very interested at all times at making me happy and making sure the results were exactly what I wanted.

  • Very well indeed. The guys started work quickly after we agreed to go ahead. They were very professional, kept us informed, and everything looks fabulous. We are saving up to have more painting work carried out and we will be giving the work to these guys. No question.

  • I wanted to upgrade my Master bath and boy did I ever! I had Gary and his crew at REO-SERVICEPRO gut my standard bathroom to a dual shower, steam sauna and spa! They put in new tile and added body sprays, heated floor, and towel warmer. It was my dream bathroom and REO-SERVICEPRO made it a reality. Great customer service and consideration of all my ideas, needs, and wants! I would recommend them HIGHLY!

  • Excellent. Gary and his team found the cause of the noise and were able to fix the split framing by going via the attic versus removing the drywall. The cost of the repair was $350 versus thousands as originally estimated. Gary is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making the customer happy. We hired Reo-Servicepro previously and will continue to hire them in the future. Highly recommend.

  • It went very well. We were very happy with the professionalism and workmanship of everyone in the crew. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! The first four pictures are "Before" pictures; the remaining four are "After" pictures.

  • The shelves were perfect - excellent workmanship. Dave's guys were courteous, careful with the existing furniture in the area where the work was being performed - even covered the pieces with plastic. The bar is perfectly level, there is no damage to the wood counterpart. This area looks amazing thanks to Evergreen Contracting.

  • Excellent service. Gary and Andrew are professionals that promptly reply to all inquiries, go above and beyond what is required, and simply do high quality work that they take pride in. Highly recommend Res-ServicePro.

  • Purchased 2/25/16.
Provided three dates.  Contractor did not respond.  All three dates lapsed.
3/9/16 Contractor told me that he would provide new date.  I offered any day the following week.
As of 3/12/16, work remains undone.   No further contact from contractor.

  • Long story short: 2 no-shows followed by a third no-show after work was begun. Poor workmanship.
The start date was to be 2/9/16 so I had all but the largest pieces out of the living room and bedroom to be ready. When no one showed up, I called Marty to ask if the roads were bad and they were delayed and he said we had changed the start to 2/10, even though I have an email from a few days before verifying that, "we're still on". The next morning he called and he told me one of his men was out sick, 2 were on another job and he had had to fire one so could we start the following week.  Then we had 2 weather days, out of anyone's control, and finally Marty and 2 men showed up on Wednesday. After he left, they worked for
4 1/2 hours plus took a 45 minute lunch, and left at 2:15. The work they did do was questionable: one painted the bedroom ceiling while the other patched the wall and ceiling! He patched some, but not all, of the places needing repair in both rooms but told me it was too late to paint the other ceiling even though repairs there were done previously. The next morning, Marty emailed to say they were sent to another job instead but should be at my house by noon. No one showed up, no one called,  & no one emailed until the following morning. Finally, 2/19, Marty arrived, saying the others would not be coming. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the entire experience. He finished the patching himself and painted the living room ceiling. He offered to come back on Saturday at a lower price than previously estimated (since he was one man) but by that point I was not interested.
Previous reviews on Angie's List were overwhelmingly positive and I had no concerns hiring Paragon, which makes this so disappointing. By my reckoning I got 14 man hours of work instead of 16, only got 2 ceilings painted instead of 2 rooms, had some patching done, and worst of all, had my entire house in disarray for over 2 weeks instead of 3 days. There was no concern for my time spent waiting for workmen who never came. Communication was excellent at the point of hiring and got worse and worse as time passed. And I finished sanding and painting both rooms myself in 4 days.
