    J. Ross Conglomerate, LLC
A exceptional experience. The salesman and crew assigned to my small project exceeded my expectation. Quality of work was perfect. Good communications, very professional and worked with my specifications. J Ross does good work. I highly recommend them for your next painting project.

    Cliff's Painting Service
He was very dependable and did an excellent job. He was able to fit me into his schedule within a week and a half. I was referred to him from a friend and thought he was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

Great to see and have Me. Dollar back working on his own! Mr. Dollar did work for years ago and we lost contact when he went to work for a company. Thrilled he is back out on his own and available again. Has done interior and exterior painting with total satisfaction. His best reference is the word of mouth referrals within our network of neighbors!

    Randy Eller Painting
Mr. Eller and Mike  was to arrive at 8:00 A.M. which was 9:30 A.M.  Mr. Eller and Mike went to work asking if they could spray the ceilings and I agreed as long as everything was covered with no paint on anything. Mr. Eller agreed to this and I notated on the written note from him as to what his job was to be along with the price.
I offered Mr. Eller and Mike a soft drink and a piece of chocolate cake I had made.  They finished on Friday 3/15/2014
They finished on Friday 3/15/2014 and was paid. The painting was observed as it was being done and checked good afterhthey left. Everything looked good on day one and on day two they were paid and cleaned up as they were finished.   My wife called me in a couple hours and was not happy.  She had found paint on the baseboard behind the commode, so when I came home we took pictures and did a real great job of inspecting the quality of work.  We were astonished at the lack of quality work and the fools we felt like. To write this is embarrassing but if it helps one person it is worth it.
There was one coat on some walls and ceilings, paint on light fixtures, paint on top edge of bathtub and paint on side edges of windows and doors. In one bathroom paint was on the mirror, door trim, and bathtub. Paint on the bed and failure to put two coats on different areas and to think I offered my sodas and homemade chocolate cake. No more of that.
    Thank You

    Gabe Helton
Mr. Helton was prompt, courteous, and professional. He prepared the walls, spackled holes, did ceiling and trim. He also moved furniture in rooms and was extremely careful with my floors and possessions. He is bonded and I felt quite safe in leaving him in my home.

My 2 story foyer has roller bump marks, large areas of mismatched paint, large areas that were missed, an eggshell finish on the back stairs instead of flat paint plus missed spots. The trim in the bonus room had several large paint drips and missed spots. The hallway has missed spots plus sloppy cut in throughout. But the worst thing is the many areas that were not covered with drop cloths so I have paint spray on numerous pieces of furniture, valances, 2 tv's, an upholstered sofa, bannister's, steps, and floors. Also, the painters cold drinks were sitting on my antique (paint sprayed) kitchen table without coasters. It's a good thing I noticed this so I didn't end up with water rings on my table. I've spent the last 4 days scraping my furniture, floors, etc to remove the paint spray but have not been able to get it off my tv's, sofa, and valances. This all happened on the 1st day of painting. When the painters returned for day 2 I told them I wasn't satisfied and I'd find someone else to to finish the job. I offered to pay for the paint but the owner said she wouldn't leave without me paying for the cost of her painters 1st day also. I ended up paying her $600.00 just to get her out of my house. She said she accepted the check since I wouldn't let her 'make it right'. Based on the damage and mess that I'd already dealt with just after the 1st day of painting I didn't have any confidence that they'd be able to 'fix it' to my satisfaction. This is mainly because I was told that they could 'touch up' the problems. This WAS NOT a 'touch up' issue as the whole thing needed to be completely repainted. The owner mentioned to me that she'd painted another house in my neighborhood with high ceilings so I called this neighbor. I've already gotten another estimate to have the job redone and the estimator was shocked. The owner was unprofessional and raised her voice at me when I told her I didn't want them to finish the job. I asked her several times to quit yelling at me.

Took Cliff hours to remove layers of old caulk from that awful door. He then installed a new one and hung it perfectly.
