    Salesperson was ok but the dealership is not looking to get loyal customers. They are asking for more than the MSRP, taking advantage of the supply problem. Really not a good way to do business. Cannot trust a dealership that takes advantage of customer. Salesperson was helpful and honest about their pricing.

    Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
    Sales service was great. However, the finance office decided to add fees on plasma coat and tire nitrogen without discussing. Additional fee of $800. Nitrogen was not added to the vehicle. Had to wait an additional 2 hours on this. You show care for your customers. That was very unprofessional and will never procure another vehicle here.

    Davis Pontiac GMC
    First of all, I am not sure Davis GMC in Farmville is legitimate GM Dealer. They do not participate in redeeming employee discounts, do not know how, nor do they try to sell new vehicles. We drove to Pennsylvania to buy the new truck we were looking for, and thought it strange that Davis in Farmville didn't even try to find a vehicle for us, nor were they interested in selling a vehicle to us. Then we ordered a cover for the bed of the truck purchased in Pennsylvania, and we told them many times that this would be an employee purchase. They acted like there is no such thing as an employee discount, and refused to apply any discount toward the purchase of the truck bed cover. I have never been around so many people who refuse to help the buyer. Makes one wonder if this dealer is a legitimate representative of GM.

    Called UAG to ask how drop shipping tires to them worked, since they were one of the local shops recommended by Tire Rack.  They explained that I would be notified when the tires arrived but would also be notified by Tire Rack when the tires were shipped.  I called UAG back when I received the notice that the tires were shipped and was told that they would have them in a couple of days, so I set up an appointment for mounting.  I arrived for my appointment.  UAG is a used car lot, which appears to sell late model vehicles.  Inside the shop was clean and provided coffee, TV, and Wifi.  My vehicle was taken right away and was done in 1.5 hours.  Mounting and balancing the tires cost $80.  Wheel alignment was around $76.  Disposal on the old tires was around $2.50 each.   Overall, a very good deal.   The service person I dealt with and the staff at this place were very nice and talked to me about the process and answered any other vehicle questions I had.  Best experience getting tires replaced ever.

    I have purchased two cars from this establishment. I have family members who have also purchased cars from here. They do in-house financing and also layaway on their vehicles. They offer a standard warranty on all of their vehicles. The have a good service department. When I inquired about getting a specific type of vehicle, they offered to find one for me just to keep my business.

    That's where we buy all our Dodges. I've bought five or six Dodges from them. My daughter bought two and my other daughter bought one. We do not have any dislikes. For us, if we're driving past their lot and we see a vehicle in there that we're interested in, I just call up either the owner or one of the sales representatives. I say, I would like to see if I can trade in what I have now in for which you have in the lot, can you get it lower payment or the same payment but a new vehicle. Usually, its a lower payment, new vehicle. Then at the end of the day, we drive up there, we trade cars out and we're done. There's no negotiating or anything. They're very reasonable. We have a Lemon Law in Virginia. My daughter on her Dart that she had bought, it actually had a Lemon Law in which our garage fought with Chrysler company of the Dodge company to get her a new vehicle and they did. They're really good with anything that you need. My Dodge Charger, it don't have too many more miles so we'll be trading it in.

    They were great about setting up an appointment that worked with my schedule. They got me in and out quickly. As a dealer, their costs are higher than independant garages but with a newer car (2012) I feel it is worth it and their service department is excellent to deal with. I particularly like the fact that they go by the Honda Maintenance Minder indicators and don't try to pressure me into unneccessary maintenance before it is really needed.
