  • We had our son's wedding reception scheduled for our yard at the end of July and contacted the owner, Jason, in March about his availability to completely re-landscape our front and backyard. We had drawn up our ideas on graph paper and met with Jason, who was gracious in saying he could commit to getting the job done in time for the reception. We had several bids from other landscapting companies in the area. Not only did Jason compete the best on price, but he also had the best ideas for our yard. Despite estimating that the job would take roughly 5 weeks (the whole month of June), it ended up taking 7 full weeks; however, we did add several change orders as the job progressed. Jason and his crew were all clean cut and absolutely great to work with. They were incredibly hard working, even on days where the temps hit over 100 degrees. We were very impressed at how they never cut corners and seemed to always go the extra mile in making sure all details were attended to. As the date for our reception approached, Jason and his crew worked well into the evening on several days to ensure everything got done in time. The yard turned out much better than we expected and we're completely delighted with the results.

  • It was an exceptional experience! I had to wait a couple of weeks between first contact & the scheduled bid appointment, which to me is a reasonable time frame given the type of work & time of season. I received an itemized bid within a couple of business days. Pricing wise they came in the middle. I chose Complete Landscapes because Jason took the time to walk through what I envisioned the end result to be, we discussed how the work would be done, how far out he was booked and he gave me options for small enhancements I hadn't thought of (like curbing around the beds) and included those in the detailed bid so I could make an informed decision.  I appreciated having a reasonable expectation set from the get go. Work commenced approx 30 days after the bid, which was within the estimated time frame. The crew was courteous and respectful of my property. I work from home and they ensured minimal interruptions to my day. The crew supervisor Juan made sure I was in agreement of the grading for the yard & planter beds and placement of the trees - this might not sound like much, but I appreciated being included before everything was final. I'm a hands on person, so this courtesy was much appreciated. The crew worked efficiently together, all in all it only took them 4 business days to complete the work.  When Jason walked the end result with me, he took the time to answer questions I had about the watering set up and steps to take to ensure the new sod rooted properly.  I would absolutely recommend Complete Landscapes to family & friends and use them in the future.

  • I was extremely impressed with how accurate they were in placing the pipe in a very challenging location. Their horizontal directional drilling capabilities are excellent. They were very professional and experts at what they were hired to do. They showed up on time and finished the job in less time than anticipated.

  • They never called me back. It's been almost two weeks and there has been no contact. I understand that summer is the busy season, but I at least expected a call back letting me know if they could even provide services. Very disappointing.

  • .  It went very well because I have used this firm for several years to cut and trim my lawn  There was a three person crew all of whom would use shovels if the snow fall was relatively light.   Tor heavier snow, they had as off road vehicle with a blade mounted on its from.  The vehicle was carried in an enclosed trailer.  Consequently regardless of rthe depth of the snow the work was cone quickly and efficiently.

  • Manny was not available. I got the feeling he was trying to go into retirement. He instead sent over his son-in-law? and step daughter. They seemed polite and respectful enough. The problem was with the dishwasher. My old one stopped working and I had a new one and they swapped it out. The water didn't seem to turn off all the way during installation so they were catching it in buckets and quite a bit got on the floor. They didn't test the dishwasher before they left to make sure it worked. When I went to turn it on that night there was no power to it. I called them and left a message telling them. I kept mopping up water all night and thought it was just left from the installation. By the next day there was water covering the kitchen floor and water pouring through to the bedroom underneath the kitchen. Water was coming through the light fixture and through the heating vent. I called again and left another message. I turned off the water main for the house since that was all I knew how to do. They came by sometime in the afternoon. They fixed the electrical and I thought they fixed the leak. About an hour later my kitchen was full of water again. I called and left more messages. They called me back and said they were on a job and would come after. I called a few more times and was told the job was just taking longer than they thought. By 10 at night still no show. He sent me a text and asked if he could come in the morning. I said I really needed it taken care of that night. He didn't respond. By the next day he stopped returning my calls all together. No show, no calls. I had to find someone else to come out and fix the leak and spend another chunk of money and now my daughter's bedroom ceiling is completely destroyed by water damage and the light fixture no longer works. I am out of money and can't afford to hire someone to fix that, and I go to bed at night having visions of electrical fires from the damage.

  • .Anthony is great to work with. He listens to your ideas as well as bringing you his own. He has a very artistic eye that can design beautiful things for tricky landscaping. The workers were always early, professional and cleaned up after their work. We moved a few things around from his original design during installation and he was good about working with us to make the changes.
The large, stone patio they put in looks great and allows our big, old walnut tree roots to still breath and get moisture. Because of Anthony's training and experience as an arborist, we are very confident in his tree choices for the yard as well as giving us the pros and cons for the various materials for a patio by our tree and how it would be impacted. We had some materials on site that he incorporated into the landscaping as well to save us some money.
Overall a wonderful experience to work with them. We will be having them come back in the Spring to plant the shrubs, grasses and perennials to finish out the backyard. I recommend them to anyone looking to redo their landscape into something beautiful and inviting.

  • I have had a several year experience with this company.  Cameron Page, the owner, and his crew xeriscaped my yard 6 years ago and have maintained the integrity of their work including several visits without charge to troubleshoot any problems.

  • Called several companies who gave us a two week wait list - our sprinklers were not working at all as we had porchased th home in Feb. and had no way of checking the system - called Landscape Visions and explained our lawn was dying and he showed uo within several days despite the fact he was extremely busy.  The job was more involved than he had anticipated but he took the necessary time to fix everything  to our satisfaction.

  • The lawn care people arrived first.  They immediately identified the valve area  (I suppose from the photos) and went to work.  As they reached the valve, I saw the plumber make a call, and a few minutes later a truck arrived with specific piping.  The changes were made quickly following that.  He tested the water flow.  It was considerably improved.  He called me out to show me what had been done, where the problem had been in the pipe.  They also replaced an elbow that had been deep in the ground and brought it close to the surface so that if any work would be needed years down the road, it could be done easily and efficiently. Not only did they replace the piping needed in good time, but they blew the pipe clear of small debris as a service and cleaned up beyond the dirt they had to dig up to reach the valve area. Everything was neat and tidy--a fact, I'm sure, that was appreciated by my neighbor.   The final cost met the estimate perfectly.  I feel like these people really know their stuff!  They are cordial and demonstrate honesty and consideration.  Like everyone in today's economy I would have liked the price a little lower, but their work and attitude was worth it to me.
