I can not give enough stars for Ammon in the Hurricane store!!! My macbook pro bit the dust and I was panicked because I adore this computer! Ammon systematically worked through my computer, going above and beyond, and even researched and talked to other techs about my computer. He gave it back to me twice and it rapidly declined so I took it back to him both times. Finally as a last effort he tried a fairly new technic (what could it hurt, he had done every thing possible) and it is still working 3 weeks later. My husband used to be a mac tech but things have changed so much since then and he was amazed at Ammon's knowledge and perseverance. Ammon explains everything in detail and is patient with my silly questions! Thanks Ammon!!!

    A+ Psychlone Computer Repair
I own a medium sized contracting business about 85 miles East of Cedar City, UT. While trying to find a tech to come to my place of business, I ran across A+ Psychlone Computer Repair that said they'd make a house-call that far away. The ONLY ones that said they'd do it. Well, I was in for a big surprise! Not only did they arrive punctually at the predetermined time, but worked fast and efficiently on all 13 computers, not wasting any time at all. Turns out that several of the computers had viruses on them and I also wanted to move 5 of them to a different room in the building. They started their specialty virus removal software and then immediately got to work moving the 5 computers including running ethernet wire for each of them to have network access to the rest of the system and internet access as well. I was surprised that the amount of work actually got done in only a few hours instead of the whole day to two days I had initially expected the job to take. THAT'S EFFICIENT! All went well, all my computers were free of viruses and all re-networked together in a matter of about 5 hours, and their prices came in almost $25 per hour cheaper than the original quote. They were EXTREMELY professional and polite, and never talked above my head - they explained everything that was being done and how it was accomplished.

I called Colby earlier that morning and explained that my computer had stop'd producing video threw the video card after installing a new video card. both the new and old video card wouldn't produce video to any monitor. He explained in detail how to check this my self. He also offered to test the power supply if the test didn't produce video at any time during. I called Colby again and set up a time to meet him at his shop. He was very punctual, and ready to help at the given time. He tested my power supply and then used one of his to test the rest of the computer. Tho i didn't pay for a service. I did find out that it could be a few other things that I chose to do on my own. His knowledge and expertise are unsurpassed. i have dealt with a lot of and quot;computer Repairand quot; companies, and free lance people. But none of them came close to Colby. I will be sending everyone i know with computer problems to him. Absolutely AMAZING!

So I got a virus on my computer that wanted me to purchase for $79.95 and called around and even posted on Facebook to all my friends trying to find someone reliable to help me. I had heard about these virus scams but never saw one before myself.I was told about A Psyclone Computer and that they had taken over an older computer store and that the owner was very helpful. After setting up a time for him to pick my computer up, he showed up on time (a little early actually) which is one of my sticklers. If you can't show up on time, don't bother showing up at all!He took my computer and said he'd call me soon. I figured it would be a few days so I resigned myself to no Facebook and finally getting some yardwork done. However, he called me about 4 hours later and said that my computer was almost done and he only needed about another hour! Boy was I impressed! Usually around here you wait for 5 days if not a week for the computer guys to get around to helping you!He brought my computer back at about 4 pm and explained in detail what had happened with the viruses. He had left some logs on my desktop for me to go through, explaining that the logs don't do him any good, they were for me to help jog my memory if I saw any of the things he had removed so I might recognize them and not go to those websites or download those games again.I had apparently clicked on a link on Facebook that had some bad stuff in it, and when I did, he said it injected the bad virus into my computer. I won't be clicking on random links on Facebook anymore! There was also a game that I used to play on Facebook that had some spy - ware or whatever you call it with it and he took that out too. Being retired, I really look forward to catching up online with my extended family, grandchildren and the friends I still have left. Having someone as smart and courteous as him was really a Godsend for me. And his pricing is fair.I think that you get what you pay for, and even though I'm on a limited budget, it's important to me that whatever job I need done gets done right the first time rather than have to go back over and over trying to bandaid it. This guy at A+ Psyclone Computer does such a great job that I've since told all my family and friends, some of which have already used his services and are very happy.I'll be using him from now on without a doubt.

    Mountain West Computers
I moved from California to Utah.  When I moved, my computer and my printers were not communicating.  I have a small business and needed them up and running.  I wasn't able to fix them myself.  So I called Mountain West Computers.  They were very pleasant on the phone in our first conversation.  He noted that he would not be able to come and fix them until Monday -- I called on a Thursday.  That was okay with me.  We had an appointment set for Monday.  I received a call on Friday morning asking if it would be possible and if I would be available for someone to come and fix them that day.  There were two time slots available.  I was thrilled.  The sooner the better.  Then I could get my business up and running!  We set the appointment for 11:00.  He came and fixed both printers and made them so I could function.  They both work fine.  He did his work professionally and was courteous and helpful.  He answered any and all questions that I had.  He also offered to look into some other things that I need to make my business run a little more smoothly.  My only complaint was that he set our appointment for 11:00 a.m. and he didn't show up until 11:30 a.m.  I had another appointment that I had to reschedule for another time.  But I was thrilled that I have my office up and running.  That was more important.  He also promptly called me back and gave me information about where to buy other things for my office as soon as he returned to  his office.  Great service.  I was truly impressed.  I would definitely use them again.

    Sunset Computer, LLC
Very well.  I had an uncommon computer problem that turned out to be a faulty power supply.  Sunset provided me with a written estimate of $49 for diagnosis, etc.  I signed the document.  The power supply, although only one year old, needed to be replaced.  It took three or four days.  They provided me with several options and found a replacement power supply that gave me more than I wanted for less money.  They made the repair and stayed around a bit after closing to discuss the repair with me.  The power supply only cost me about $38 or $39 dollars.

He did neither of those.  He had me sign a bunch of blank checks and they were coming back from a used computer store.  I never understood why that was the case since I gave him plenty of money for new parts.  He set me up with a monitor and tower, but never connected me to the internet.  I was going to his house and he would put me to work on trying to find his sister since I worked in geaology.  He ended up hitting me, too.  You paid all this money and didn't get what you paid for.  I took him to small claims and won.  People need to be aware of this guy.  If you're going to buy something from him, go to his house, take the item and give him the money.  That's it.

They did my desktop okay but didn’t do everything I asked for. They got into my lap top which was infected. They told me they couldn’t fix it but they could if I paid $299 more and it would be fixed for 2 years. I told them this was ridiculous and didn’t pay it. 2 years after my 1 year contract of service I got an email saying I was being charged $99. I called them and asked them why I was being charged $99, they couldn’t get an answer. I demanded an email saying they would refund the charges and have a letter sent in the mail. They don’t send mail but I got a notice saying they still charged my account. I finally called them back and demanded a refund again and they finally refunded me. I was very dissatisfied this by this entire company. During this whole 2 year period I got overt 10 calls telling me I needed to log into my computer so they could fix it. I had to request for them to put me on their do not call List but they still kept calling me. After I demanded my money back the calls have stopped for a few months but I wouldn’t be surprised if the calls start up again. When they were working with me on the phone the workers for foreign, English was second language to them and they were very difficult to understand.
